Good Evening Sir,
My Query is that " A " gifted a portion of his Property to one to one of the his son's, " B ", & built boundary wall Separating the two properties.
Revenue officials made a mistake in calculating the area to be gifted & less area extent was calculated, & this error was unnoticed.
" A " passed away & " WILLED " the remaining property to his younger son " C ", Pookuvaruva was not done.
One year down the road " C " gifted a portion of the " WILLED " Property to his younger sister (Pookuvaruva was not done).
Latter down the road " C " too passed away, his wife & kid's inherited the property. A couple of year's latter the wife & kids did the Pookuvaruva.
The error comitted earlier by the then Revenue Official's was ignored, & " Pookuvaruva " was done for lesser area extent.
Latter down the road " B's " son found out this error that a portion of the Property is still in " A's " possession, who had passed away WILLED the remaining property to his younger son.
Can the Pookuvaruva done by " C's " wife be
" CANCELLED ", as Fraud was committed by them,( B is in possession of excess property, which reverted back to " A's " possession, who had WILLED the remaining property to his younger son " C "

The District Consumers Grievances redressal Commission issued warrant against the oppposite party for not complying with its order. But the Police is not executing thewarrant and dragging.Is there provision to lock the firm which refuses to execute the warrant or anyother alternative to punish the opposite party and pay the amount? How long the police can keep it without executing.

Hello,
I am living in rented house in Bangalore 3 floor building from last 2 years, we have a bore well attached to this building and we don’t have BBMP water supply here.
In my agreement it’s asked to pay electricity bill of my flat usage and my house rent nothing Else regarding water usage or borewell and its maintenance.
Now he had fitted water measure meter to all flats and asking to pay money as per the usage of the borewell water rs 10 ps/ltr. And it’s coming in Rs1500+ per month.
He also claims if I don’t agree to pay this we need to vacate the house. Is this Leagal to ask the money for ground water consumption utilising borewell at same building where we living.
Note: building and borewell belongs to same person :-(

Dear sir, on my recruitment in Indian Air Force in 1972, I was alloted Safely Equipment Worker trade and I continued in the same trade till my discharge in 1987. We the SEW traders are fortunate to work on all the aircrafts, being group Y and the only trade which is not having conversion to group X,works on aircraft. In those days there were four to five groups. During amalgamation to X and Y groups all the lower groups promoted to Y and got benefitted except SEW. Before and after amalgamation we remained in Y group. Now the trade abolished the work of SEW alloted to the Weapon Fitter which is a X group. With the above foregoing facts I feel my trades position is not justified properly. Since 1987 I am of opinion but couldn't come out for justice. Please advise if the issue is worthy. Regards

Before two years a lady in my relation has been married but till the date she has not updated her Election card and Aadhar card i.e in both the cards her marital status has not been updated and and appears her father name.
Please guide me what are the legal complications for not updating her marital status in Election card and Aadhar card, whether it is an offence for NOT updating these cards in time. Now she is willing to update the same.

Previously when I signed affidavit I am joint secretary
Now I not having any post in our association committee
