AN IGNORANT PERSON HAS CREATED A NINE MEMBERS PUBLIC TRUST WITH ABOUT 30 OBJECTIVES ,AND WITH AUTOCRATIC POWERS AS ITS PRESIDENT , AND POWERS VESTED WITH HIM LIKE IN A PRIVATE TRUST . WITH PUBLIC DONATIONS THIS TRUST HAS PURCHASED A VACANT SITE WORTH RS ONE CRORE . SEVEN OF THE TRUSTEES SUSPECT THE ABOVE PRESIDENT AS UNTRUSTWORTHY . IN CASE OF AMENDMENT ALL THE CLAUSES HAVE TO BE REPLACED. HENCE THEY WANT TO CREATE A NEW TRUST WITH FIVE SIMILAR OBJECTS AND GET THIS PROPERTY TRANSFERRED TO THE NEW TRUST . THE OLD TRUST PRESIDENT HAS ALSO REALISED HIS MISTAKE AND IS AGREEING TO THE TRANSFER OF THE PROPERTY TO THE NEW TRUST . WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO BE ADOPTED IN THIS CASE .
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM NUMBER OF TRUSTEES IN A TRUST ? IS IT BETTER TO BE RUN BY A MANAGING TRUSTEE OR BY A TEAM OF OFFICE BEARERS ? IF WITH JUST FIVE TRUSTEES HOW TO CONDUCT AN ELECTION ?

In MCS act 1960 offense for not presenting audit rectification report in AGM is mentioned in 2 different sections with different punishment. Please let me know which section will get precedence. DR has applied section 75 to dissolve the committee.
Section 75(2)(vii) and again in section 146(l-1) which references section 82

The flat owners association has stopped the food / courier / deliveries to few apartments citing maintenance due.
Kindly advice if we shall take this issue up to human rights? or Police ?

Ours is a housing society registered under the MCS act 1960, i have 2 question related to each other
1. can a member sublet his dedicated open parking to another member? though society is not charging any parking charges to the member.
2. if yes - can a member sublet his parking to another merely on the plain letter or he has to notorised the agreement or have to execute registered agreement?
i would be very thankful if someone guide on this

I'm a married woman, my marriage happened 14 months back. I applied Telangana secondady grade teacher post with EWS certificate on my fathers name mistakenly and i got job in it. Now they are objecting for job as EWS certificate should be on my husband's name. Is their any solution to this problem if yes how would be the process?

Sir, In the year 1971 we had purchased a piece of land to construct a cold storage ,after converting the land non agriculture we applied for high tension electricity line to Maharashtra state electricity Board (M.S.E.B.).They had Given permission for H.T.Line and asked us to purchase our own transformer. We purchased the same and then M.S.E.B.installed the same in our own premises and the electricity supply was begun.
In the year 2001 we wind up our business and applied to cancel the high tension line .M.S.E.B. cancelled the high tension line and provided us a low tension line and put their own transformer on the same place in our premises without our consent.
Now we want to shift the transformer from our premises.What should we can do legally.Please suggest.
