Sir,
Namaskaram, Would Greatly Appreciate this Reason for 30 DAY rule which is being Grossly Misused by the Officials, even if the Documents are Right in Front of them.
The reason they give is " It's OUR Right ", & at times they give you WRONG INFORMATION.
WHEN AN APPEAL IS GIVEN, THEY SEND YOU ON A WILD GOOSE CHASE, WHICH IS NEVER ENDING.
RTI MUST BE A DIFFERENT ORGANISATION, & NOT CONNECTED TO & UNDER DIFFERENT MANAGEMENT
IT'S THE SAME OFFICIAL'S MANNING THE DEPARTMENT. IN SHORT " POLICE BHI CHOR, CHOR BHI POLICE "

I totally agree with you, it's a SCAM. Can't we appeal, write to the Authorities about the difficulties faced, undergone by the common man, another big headache.
We are still following +250 year's, even after 75 YEAR'S OF GLORIOUS FREEDOM FROM BRITISHERS 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣Are we free from British rule🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Once we give an applicatpion, file an report with Revenue Departments, or any government departments, " we become Beggars,have to visit the office them almost every day just like beggars.

LET ME GET TO THE POINT, EVEN IF THEY DOCUMENTS ARE RIGHT THERE ON THEIR TABLE, THEY GIVE YOU THE RTI DOCUMENTS REQUESTED ON THE 28 OR 29TH DAY, &AY CONTAIN ERRORS, @ TIMES IT IS PURPOSELY DONE, & THEN THEY SAY IT WAS " CLERICAL ERROR '.

The remedy lies in proceedings against the official concerned, in his personal capacity, in an action in tort.
