Partition Decree having attained finality over an year ago, how can another Civil Judge entertain a suit for declaration (in respect of such decreed property) by any non-joinder to that Decree ?
What steps could refrain this Another Civil Judge from even any inadvetant mis-carriage of justice ?

I have applied for passport with all required documents since 2007, but passport is not issued by regional office Lucknow. Can I filled a case in Distt Consumer Forum.

Suppose a person is going to registered a Education society in Nabha District Patiala Punjab .Which Society will be registering the same.Whether registration of an Education society is similar to registration of Association.Also intimate me registration fee and whom it is payable
Which Act will be take into account/cosideration. whether its the society registration Act 1860?

Goods from my consignment were stole from my DTDC courier and when I contacted the DTDC courier services through email they just forwarded the email to other officer.
Kindly advice me the best remedy which I can take.
I can sue them under which law and for what i.e compensation, recovery or what.
This has resulted in tremendous loss to me because those pieces were meant for a exporter who was in Idnia at that time but now I missed a potential buyer.
Plz advice at the earnest.
Legal notice needed to be served if yes seeking what.?????????????/

Is their A time Frame which is fixed in Family Court Act which says that after certain number of Absents or certain no of Days after the First absent in the middle of the hearing the Suit can be Dismissed?

Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966
1. Whether in order to implement the development plan, which is now a final & sanctioned one under The Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966, is it mandatory to frame Town Planning Schemes by the Planning Authority under the act ?
It appears from the language used U/s. 59 that, since the word "may" is used, it is discretionary for the planning authority to frame such schemes. But,perusing the act, in toto, & reading S. 42 thereof, it appears to me in the facts of the case that, framing of Town Planning Schemes is mandatory to implement the development plan, failing which all the provisions of or relating to the Town Planning Schemes will be rendered redundant.
please kindly tell me whether my interpretation is correct & safe & whether can i get any case law on this point. If i am provided with those case laws, i will be highly obliged.
