I have received a summon issued by the Metropolitan Magistrate, 10th Court, Andheri asking me to appear before Metropolitan Magistrate, 20th court, Mazgaon.
I would like to know is the summon proper. If yes do I need to appear before the Andheri Court or Mazgaon Court.

I met an accident in Jan 2006 and put my claim in District & Session Court Gurgaon (Haryana) but i am permanant resident of Distt. Rewari of Haryana. Now court awarded a compensation of Rs. 4 Lakh Aprox. but my advocate says that I need to open an account in a nationalised bank which is in Gurgaon Only. When i contacted to banks they asked for local address. So please can any body help on this issue how is it sorted out.
