Driver is not having licence. Heirs of the deceased have filed petition u/s 163a of M. V. Act. Whether maintainable or not? Driver died in an accident. Plz advise.

whether proceedings of deciplinary committee of the bar council of india or state bar council could be treated as proceedings before any civil or criminal court or before any tribunal ?
whether the truecopies of the record sbubmitted before D C of the bar council or the true copies of the record of proceedings before bar councl come within the perview of section 80 of evidence act?
If the true copies of proceedings before DC, duly certified by the secretary of bar council are produced before the civil court in another civil suit, whether these documents could be exhibited ?

i need to know whether state goverments have power to recover surface rent for minor minerals under the name of zill parishads and gram panchayats,if yes at what rate?
In my case the collector had issued me a notice and demanded rs 33,000 as a surface rent for the area of 3 acres.Whether the demand is legal?please do help me and would be oblige if there would be any citation in this regard

My client is finance co. company finance on hirer againts vehicle, Hirer not pay instalment, so co.has seized vehicle and sold it.thenafter co.has filed form 36.tjat time hirer file objection for not transfer said vehicle.my client meet R T O for objection.co.has take legal steps & procedure for sold vehicle thenatfer RTO is not ready take action againts objection. What can do for this objection ? Please give me advise for it.

dear sirs,
i got married in the year 2002, at that time my wife waiting for a govt job of his father. his father died in the year 2000. and we applied for compassionate ground job to my wife in correct form and at that time we are not married. in the year 2001 TN Govt announce no appointment in compassionate ground. so we got married in the year 2002 end. in this situation after 5 year another govt. comes and declare appointmnet in compassionate ground from 2007. but the appointing collector of our disctrict reject our application and state that there is no provision to give job to married daughtor of a govt servent. in this situation we are giving petition to CM, Collector to consider our application as the wife of deceased govt employee is in custody of ours only, so give job. but from all end that said there is no provision in act. Kindly clarify whether we are eligible to get job or not. Can we file any writ against govt. please clarify.

Dear All,
I bought 300feet pvc pipe from a factory for submersible boring of Rs.28000 on bill. After three hours of trial of submersible bore,some pipes got damaged because it could not resist to the small stones which were put into bore alongside the pipe as per requirement.
However vendor verbally assure me the quality
of the pipes.
Underthecircumstances I bear a loss of Rs.75000 , due to poor quality of the pvc pipe.
Can I go to Consumer forum for the claim.
Please advice?

Sir,
I was on the way from my office, one car
jumped the red light and hit my vehicle (Motorcycle) hence my left leg's two bones broken on 10.02.2009. I lodged the FIR in Sector - 24, Noida. The driver arrested and car was also taken into police station.
I had filed a case at District Court Greater Noida in august, 2009 through an Advocate in Noida.
My query is : I have been called by my advocate in the Court only at the time of filing. Approximately one year is approaching, however when ever I asked to my advocate he is saying hearing is going on. But not ready to give the exact feed back of my case.
Why the court is not called me or my witness even after 11 months completed from the date of filing the case.
How much time will take to final this case.
Please help me.
