notice from the party

We have one institution, now president is irregular is not coming any meeting and all the things, one client has given notice to instituion, the cheque was bounced, but we didn't taken any loan from that party, but president has taken for personal, but he given institution cheque, now we don't know what will do.

you will have to substantiate this fact in the court of law that the loan was taken for personal gains of the president ant not the organisation.
also lodge complaint of criminal breach of trust against the president.
