ONE OF MY CLIENT IS REGISTERED WITH ESIC HE ALSO OPENING THE VARIOUS BRANCHES AT DIFFERENT STATES HAVING 2-3 EMPLOYES IN A SINGAL BRANCH IN A STATE.
IS HE LIABLE TO GET SUB CODE OF ESIC FOR EVERY BRANCH.

I need to narrate the following case for our experts to offer an authentic opinion:
(a)a student who underwent two years regular study and gained a law degree (BGL)
(b) and later on pursued with a ML degree through correspondence course and successfully gained a masters' degree
(c) He is employed in an organisation and his employer gives NOC to appear for the exam.
Whether he is entitled to appear for the proposed entrance exam to qualify for law practice?

A contractor has done work with our department under sub-contract agreement by obtaining due permission from competent authority. Now the contractor is submitting his work which is done on sub-contract basis as credential for a new tender. The relevant clause of our contract condition is furnished under:
Assignment of Subletting of Contract:
The contractor shall not assign or sublet the contract or any part thereof or allow any person to become interested therein any manner whatsoever without the special permission in writing of the Railways. Any breach of this condition shall entitle the Railways to rescind the contract under clause 62 of these conditions and also render the contractor liable for payment to the Railway in respect of any loss or damage arising or ensuing from such cancellation. Provided always that execution of the details of the work by petty contractor under the direct and personal supervision of the contractor or his agent shall not be deemed to be subletting under this clause. The permitted subletting of work by the contractor shall not establish any contractual relationship between the sub-contractor and the Railway and shall not relive the contractor of any responsibility under the contract.
Under this circumstance please suggest me whether to accept the credential submitted by the Sub-contractor or not

Ours is a 20yrs old building. Society was formed in 1999. Builder has a Flat that is unsold till date. We have approached the builder for clearing the maintenance dues of the same. He says that unsold flats of builders are not applicable for maintenance charges. Kindly advice if it is true? If not how do we recover the maintenance charges for the same.

Can anybody tell me if a law is broken by a civil servant during performance of his duty, n the punishment for the offence is 3 months conviction or Rs. 1000/- fine or both depending on the discretion of court. So, my query is that is there any provision/ law by where merely imposing fine will serve the purpose and there is no requirement for convicting the person with imprisonment.if any law/ judgement in favour of my query is there do reply

iam sindhu,i have few queries to ask..
one of my friend who got married and his husband was a business man,he had huge loss in business n now in IP,the worst part is his wife,thats my friend took loans for him n atlast even she is in ip for nothing..
at present both are not in good terms due to personal problem,now she want 2 know if she can get releved from ip?husband doesnt have a proper job,and if she want to get divorced will ip b in her name or it will b transfered to her husbands name n she can be free?? pls reply..

I have query for forest law.please give advise.
My client is finance co. Co.finance to one hirer against his vehicle thenafter he has not paid instalment and also use said vehicle in illegal woods.Forest police station seized under forest act. now Co.want release this said vehicle. Forest department says,we donot release this vehicle.Please give me advise and also give me related Authorised judgement.
