Can, an educational Society running an Engineering college approved ay AICTE, New Delhi and affiliated to JNTU,Hyderabad, situated in A.P, India, PLEDGE IT'S MOVABLE / IMMOVABLE PROPERTY WITH BANK / FINANCIAL INSTITUIION UNDER A.P EDUCATION ACT, 1982.
Pls clarify.

I have hired a lwayer to fight my case in Allahabad High Court but after taking money from me He has not attended the court from past one year and is also not refunding the money. He has not appeared for single date. There have been 2 date of Hearing in past one year. When I ask him when he will file Rejounder in Court and fight the case he says it is not his duty to get date from case
He has shaken hands with other party. What could be done against him

KIndly advise in case of compulsory retirement one year back ,though quickly filed APPEAL to Appellate Authority &filed OA under Sec19 for quashing order & Interim prayer for keeping in abeyance the compl. Retirement order. CAT on admission stage disposed of & ordrerd Appellate Authority to consider pending Appeal & also to note points raised in OA. Meantime after service of OA order , Appellate Authority decided pending Appeal with few days back order, upholding Compl. retirement.
My query is can I go to High Court only for challenging Interim order? advanceTHANKS.

KIndly advise any Supreme court rulings for condonation of delay for 10 years in claiming WCAct? So, that the Commissioner W.C does not reject the claim case.THANKS.
