Respected Experts,
Do Hon. Justices of any HC keeps the sympathy with Schedule Castes people or does while delivering judgment they favour Schedule Castes people? If it appears from the judgment then what is the remedy available?
Plz. Suggest.

If the Judges start sympathising with some class or case or creed of people then there will be no justice. The Judges favours or supposed to favour only the law of the land and its implementation and nothing else.
If the judgement is passed purely on the ground of sympathy ignoring some sound principles or provisions of the relevant law then SLP before the supreme court is the option unless there is scope for Letters Patent Appeal in the same High Court.

IMHO,the Judges show no sympathy to anybody. They only look the legal provisions without looking at the parties. The Legislature is expected to be committed to the social cause and not the Judiciary.

SC/ST status has nothing to do with the case unless it relates to any law relating to interpretation of SC/ST matters.
