One of the members of our Co-op. Housing society is a Doctor having his dispensery in one room of his flat. He has put up a signborad on the front wall of the society. Now another member has started his prctice as an ADVOCATE. He wants to put his signboard also on the front wall of the society near main entrance.
What are the general rules as to the rights of such professionals for keeping their signboards?
Can anybody give detail information with relevent rules or Laws for the matter??

dear sir mera nam pooja hai or me hanumangarh me rahti hun me ipcc may,2011 exam dene ja rahi hun mene 2007 me b.com complete ki thi me ek problum me hun wo ye ki meri 10th ki marksheet me jo parents ke names or 12th,b.com,cpt&ipcc(reg. letter)me likhe gaye names ki spelling ek jese nahi hai aap mujhe sari situation ko samajh ker en ques. ke ans dijiye-->
1. kya mujhe sabhi marksheet's dubara banwani hogi?
2.kya cpt or ipcc ke reg. letter me parents name 10th marksheet ke anusar hone chahiye?
3.agar dono ques. ke ans yes hai to mujhe eske liye kya karna hoga?
4.sir,meri sari mehnat per pani to nahi firega na,me jindagi se niras ho chuki hun.

sir parents name me prashad or prasad & svitri or savitri hai. 10th vs 12th,b.com,cpt,ipcc me!

hello Sir.. Suppose a general caste girl get marriage to scheduled caste boy, girl will get benefit of reservation??? Dear sir ,,, i am belongs to Sc caste nd my wife is from General caste... i want to know about her resevation in education and Govt jobs.. thanks... ravi

can a presenting officer who is also an investigating officer be cited as a witness in the same case in enquiry against a deliquent govt. officer in punjab.Any citations??

A borrowed sum 2lakhs from B. With intention to repay the said amount he issued a cheque to B. B tendered the same for collection. said cheque was returned as "funds insfficent". B issued a statuary legal notice to A. He fixed 15 days time to pay the amount. But before 15 days B filed Petition before the concern Magistrate court under section 138 and 142 of N.I. ACt. After examination B the Learned Magistrate issued summons to A. A take defense that B filed the complaint before the 15 days i.e., prematured stage. Whether the defence taken by the A is correct or not? Is there any judgment in support of A?

Can any member advise me,not making a FIR by inspector on recept of a complaint from a person is difficiency of service on the part of Police? if so any referance of a case?

if there r two partner in firm and one with draw and but some cheques were left with the partner who with draw his partnershipand misuse the sam and use the same u/s 138 ni act,what r the remdy avialable to the 2nd partner who remain the propriter of the firm,if the partner who with draw file a case u/s 138 ni act by using the same cheque which was in his possesion when he was partner of the firm

having 12 members.i'm occupying flat on 1st fl.my husband expired 2 yrs back leaving 2 minor daughters;[studying in 6th & 3rd] since i'm poorly educated;have no good earning permanent job.To support my living i have started DOG BREEDING in my flat.At present i've 2 pairs & 6 puppies.the other apartment owners are objecting/harracinig me on daily basis.They say that since i'm doing the Dog Breeding & having more than 1-2 dog/s is a business;hence cannot be conducted in residencial premises[Apartment Ownership]because of the nausance to them .kindly let me know the prevailing laws regarding the business i'm carrying out at present.

Can an advocate can file suit on behalf of petitioner in the court, who has gone to respondant's home with petitioner and petitioner's relative, on request by petitioner without prior intimation and threatened respodant. Respondant has N.C. in the police station against petitioner and along with advocate very next day. After 8 months petitioner has filed suit appointing the same advocate against whom N.C. was filed. Can respondant has any remedy for this? Can respondant apply to the court and bring the fact before the court and remove the same advocate from appearing on behalf of petitioner? Can answer differ if it is criminal or matrimonial matter?
