Bye Laws

I live in a co-operative soceity which belongs to Trust of CKP caste. The trust is the owner. As per their constitution only a person whose caste is CKP can stay. Even as per the bye-laws of our society CKP can become a member of the soceity. Their is a corporator living in our society whose flat is in his fathers name. He has shown his fathers caste as Mali and contested the election under OBC quota. A person had challenged his caste but he was successful in showing his fathers caste as Mali.

My question is whether he has right to stay in our society? How are a person have two diff. castes for two diff. purposes.

Thank you,

Violent stray dog menace

Respected experts,

A violent stray dog is causing a lot of problem to us as it either tries to grab whatever packet we have in our hands by jumping on us using its claws.

How can the stray dog be handled? can the municipality take any action, as killing stray dog is prohibited legally ? what can be done ?

Please guide.

comapny law

AB pvt ltd is a subsidiary comapny of a foreign company and foreign company holds 75% shares of AB pvt ltd.

My queries are as follows:

1)Will AB pvt ltd be deemed as public co. for applicability of provisions? Will it be treated as pvt co. or public co.?

2) Any change if foreign company holds 90% shares
