Sir,
I made a complaint to DSIIDC and Commissioner of industries regarding one allotment done under relocation scheme.
that allotment was taken by one property dealer by concealing the facts and by giving false affidavit and mis representation to DSIIDC.
i gave all the relevant proofs that he is not a business man and is already having one industrial plot. (as per rules of relocation scheme one cant have other industrial plot) to prove his ownership i gave them that property documents, house tax receipts paid by that person of other industrial plot, that persons balance sheets in which he is showing that industrial plot as his asset, and even gave sales tax department's statement that his firm is not working from last 5 years.
but DSIIDC and commissioner of industries officers are supporting him and are taking no action.
kindly suggest me what can i do in this regard. whom can i appeal to get the investigation honestly done.

As per the present RRs the HMGrII are the only feeder post for promotion to the post of HMGrI.Both the posts are filled by graduates only.There is no direct recruitment for both the two posts.The supreme court also ordered that promotion is to be made only from feeder post.Now the Govt is planning to incude post graduate teachers as feeder post to HMGrI post.Presently there are 17 vacancies in HMGrI post.Who will get these posts? Please some one may help .

if a can enter in to ageement to sell his property for total sale considration of 5 lakh and setele the earnest money as 1 lakh out of which 50000 took on whn agreement to sell is written and second instalment was given after one month as 50000 and also there is agreement when second instalment is given the seller will give receipt to other person when second instalment is given and if the bayer wil not pay the second instalment is agreement is valid.if yes when the bayer took a pli that the seller wil not give him recipt so the bayer will not pay second instalment thn wat remedy available to bayer

past year Rs. 80K transaction was done in my ICICI account & I was asked to withdraw cash and deposit in axis bank I did as told to me without any intimation bank has freezed my bank account later i understood the I was trapped by net fishing. after chasing throughout the year bank keep me lingering few months back ICICI bank has closed my account & kept my frozen money reserved with the bank as i stopped doing transaction from that account. now bank never bother to respond. As this was my primary bank account & I had a home loan as well it is very difficult to lead my survival I am financially broken so no money to fight against the bank in court. I am a multimedia computer faculty hardly manage survival. Please provide me measures I can take up......

One Mr. X of Indian origin living in Spain signed a live and licence agreement for the period of 1 and more than 1 years, which is in Spanish language. Mr X is misguided by the estate agency and the landlord. Though he wanted a rental apartment for the period of 6 months, the parties made agreement of 1 year. Now when he wants to vaccate the apartment, the landlord is not refunding the security deposit (2 months rent in advance) which Mr X paid to him at the time of signing of the agreement. Moreover, the landlord is asking the compensation or penalty of 3 months rent from Mr. X as he is prematurely vacating the apartment and breaking the agreement and threatening him if he will not pay, he will be the party at loss. What remedies are available to Mr. X as he is the victim of the mischief done by the landlord and the agency.
Early solutions are appreciated.

during trial a document could not be exhibited,date fixed for argument.
can i exhibit it? or
can court consider that document?

I had hired services of a lawyer expert in property matters for purchase of a flat of 1800000/-. As advised by the advocate I arranged for a Demand Draft of Rs. 30000/- for registration of my flat. However when i went to collect the documents after registration it was seen that the registration fees was only Rs. 18000/- and i was issued a receipt for Rs.18000/-. Now the advocate is not ready to follow with the concerned authorities for the refund of excess amount paid and overall he has taken an excess amount of Rs. 5000/- over and above his actual service charges. So can i file a case against the lawyer in the consumer forum for failure in his services due to which i have paid an excess amount of Rs. 12000/- to the registrar which has still not been refunded nor he is willing to follow it up.

can anybody tell steps for declaration of dividend by privvate limited co...also clarify some points
whether amount to be transferred to general reserve has to be done before finalisation of accounts or else in the next year when the dividend is declared?
whether new account has to opened (as per act trf the amount to seperate bank account)...when the account has to opened or amount has to be transfered...whether within 5 days of AGM....or else 5 days from which date?
whether for private limited companies all this dividend rules compiance is necessary?

Can you pls give some insight for registration of Societies in Delhi more specifically on the following points.
1.There is a central act called the Societies Registration Act, 1860 and then the states have passed their own acts and rules governing the societies. What is the position in Delhi.
2. Where to register the Societies in Delhi ie whether there is one registrar for entire Dlhi state or it is on the basis of territorial jurisdiction basis.
3. Is there any forrmats of application form and MOA and AOA.
