Insecticide Rules Notification

Can anyone let me know is there any notification which makes it mandatory to take permission to trade insecticide in the state of Maharashtra, for selling insecticides, in addition to the Insecticide licens. This is some new notification which has been recently issued.

Time Limit for deciding disciplinary cases by the prosecuting authorities

Good Morning Experts
Kindly enlighten the prescribed time limit for finalising a disciplinary case by any department/banks/other orginations under Time Limitation Act It is also requested to indicate the latest verdict of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India directing the prosecuting authorities for finalisation a disciplinary case by fixing time together with case number date etc

It is also requested to indicate the actual time limit prescribed under Time Limitations Act and in case it is more than five or ten years whether such type of delays are maintainable

landlord forced me to leave the house without any notice.

can i file a case or FIR after two months who forced me to leave the house without prior notice and also threatened me,he also increased the rent without any notice.

Article mistake in e stamping

Dear All i purchased e stamp of 132600 for convence to sale of me and builder. But due to lack of knowledge i mentioned mentined Article 5(g-a)(ii) Sale agreement insted of 25b-to-d Conveyance while filling form of e satmping and consideration value i have not given so default 0 printed.

Now subregistrar is ready to register but
in future will there be any problem due to wrong article in e certificate and consideration value is zero in e stamp certificate.

Request for Immediate help & Advice

I am one of the co-owner in a self acquired property of my father. The same has recently sold off Being the legal co-owner a cheque has been issued by purchaser in my favour too in a joint account with my mother. My father has recently transfer cheque amount in a jointly account he is having with my mother without intimation to me. Actually he has used a signed blank check which I had issued to him in goood faith

Sir,Can I claim my share since I was just a co-owner in name only as I have never invested a penny while purchasing the said property in question.

Can I innitiate a legal proceeding against my father for his refusal to give my share of amount. Can he taught a lesson by any means lawfully ? lz help and advise
