I Have an unregistered society in the name JAN KALYAN SANGHARSH SAMITI bosting myself as secretsry

1 is is legal use word SAMITI
2 should I compulsorily require to register it With Registrar Of Society or else where.

3 is Opening a fake Samiti like this may attract panel liability in any act prevailing in India

1. It is legal .Nothing wrong.

2. Yes. You have to register with Registrar of Societies.
