WE HAVE HOUSE PROPERTY AGAINST WHICH WE WANT TO TAKE AN REVERSE MORTGAGE LOAN.
WE HAVE AN QUERY THAT -
IF A PROPERTY IS ALREADY MORTGAGED WITH BANK CAN THE SAME BE MORTGAGED FOR RML ?
ALSO WHEN THE VALUE OF PROPERTY IS RS.30.00 LAKHS AND LOAN AMOUNT TAKEN AGAINST IT IS RS.1.50 LAKHS,DOES IT AFFECT RML TO BE TAKEN BY A SENIOR CITIZEN FOR HIS GENUINE NEEDS?

Dear Members,
Could any body guide me on the following issue ?
1. Mr.A is whole time employee(not Director)of company X Pvt ltd , who is getting salary from X Pvt Ltd
2.Company Y Pvt ltd, a subsidiary of public company(Not subsidiary of X Pvt Ltd)wants to appoint Mr.A as his managing Director without salary.
Is it possible or any violation of any Act ?
Please guide me.

After quarrel wife has left her husband's residence. This happened in July,2010. It maybe mentioned here that in the month of May,2010 the wife sent a message from her father's residence to her husband that he and his father and mother has planned to kill her. Hence I want to ask whether on the basis of thi false allegation sent by wife as sms to his husband that he and his father and mother planned to kill her, the husband can produce this sms to court and seek anticipatory bail. I think in that case the wife may later tell that she did not send this sms but someone else has send this sms without her knowledge.
please explain.

Wish every member of Muslim community a Happy Bakrid. Let this festival brings happiness and prosperity to our Nation. I wish to share the significance of this festival to all our learned brothers.
There are various festivals in the Muslim calendar. But Bakriid or Id-ul-Zuha is one of the most celebrated festivals among Muslims all over the world. It is a day of sacrifice for the Muslims. According to legends. It all started with a dream in which Allah directed the patriarch Prophet Ibrahim to sacrifice his son Ismail. It was Ibrahim's faith in Allah and his son's faith in his father that were on test. Before performing the sacrifice Ismail tied a cloth around his father's eyes. But when Ibrahim opened his eyes he found his son safe and sound. In his place lay a dead dumba or ram. It is in honour of this test of faith that Muslims around the world sacrifice an animal on the occasion of Id-ul-azha to show their allegiance, faith and sincerity towards Allah.
In India the Muslims mainly sacrifice the goat, which is why the occasion is spoken of in Urdu as Bakhr or Bakri-Id. The festival is to celebrate the strong faith of those devoted to Islam.
The festival coincides with the anniversary of the day when 'Quran' was declared complete. It is from when many Muslims undertake Haj to Mecca and people offer prayers in mosques. On the day of Id, the pilgrims reach the grounds of Mina where they sacrifice an animal each. It was here that Ibrahim is believed to have sacrificed his son. The pilgrims then shave their heads. The purpose is to be one with the millions of devotees who converge to Mecca each year for the Haj. The sacrificial meat is distributed after the ceremony among friends and family members. Special delicacies and sweets are prepared on the occasion. The celebration of Bakri Id starts from the tenth to the twelfth day in the Islamic month of Dhu'l Hijja. On the Id day people wear new clothes, offer prayers, and visit each other and exchange greetings. There are special prayers, which take places on the three days of Id. Ceremonial prayers and feasts are part of this festival.

I have applied for passport on 13th sep 2010. The police verification has also being completed. Since from 30 days i am checking my status through online and it is showing me "Police Report is incomplete and the case is being examined".
Please help me..
what should i do....

in trial court and d.j. court same lawyer is appointed by wife.
there are two different statement on oath as under-
1. rs. 100000/- given in marriage as dowery
2. rs. 100000/- brought with herself to matrimonial house of husband.
is it possible to call the lawyer of wife in witness box to give true explanations on such two different statement to prove which one is true of that two different statement as you are a same lawyer who written both the statement?
on any one of that basis is it possible to prosecute the wife or lawyer to either any one court under the perjury?

Sir,
We r paramilitary personnel and home ministry have facilitated us with free Railway Warrant for journey to home town or official duty,and it's payment done by Ministry of Home affairs with consultation of Railway ministry. But Railway staff almost all over India discriminating us by not giving confirm seat inspite of long time before however on cash payment even more late than warrant commuter get confirm seat. In this connection what legal action can be taken against this discrimination and to whom. As it is being practised all over india, hence i suspect that Railway ministry has circulated hidden/secret order. Thanks

Implementation of HC Judgement for Talavadi of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation
I am resident of Ahmedabad City [Gujarat State]. Few years back app. 6-8 years back High Court judgement by H'nable Judge B.C.Patel was given that all Talavadi [Ponds] on land records and also known by that Ponds name as location / landmark of Ahmedabad which are encroached by small residences or shops should be cleared off and those Talavadi [Ponds] should be made actual Ponds filled with water with surrounded gardens to save Environment of Ahmedabad City.Intitally this was implemented for Malav Talav, Vastrapur Talav, Naroda Talav but there are still few Talavadis left out. For example Lakhudi Talavadi in Saradar Patel Stadium Area. Here on this Talavadi big slum is there. 30% removed for widening road and road circle. Even this land mark known since many many years Lakhudi Talavadi. Now since years togather after the above said judgment nothing has been done. It is here say that to get votes of resident of this Talavadi, no parties corporator interested to remove this slum, though this is not a big land plot Talavadi. It is heard that all resident of slums dwellers have been alloted small flat of housing board but they have not shifted there and either they have given these flats on rental or sold off to other parties. Recently came to know from the dwellers of this Talavadi that on this location big housing type residence multi storey building is going to be and dwellers of Talavadi will get flats in this coming up building. Now in such case what should be done to implement and to enforce this above judgement from Ahmedbad MunicpalCorporation.? As per judgement only there should be clear pond with circular garden. What action should be taken by residnet of this area to prevent any deviation of the judgment by some wested interest corporators or builders nexus? Which is common scam going on all most in all cities???? Your opinion will be appreciated
