Grace Marks in competitive exams.


sir is there any reported case, regarding ,to what extent grace marks can be awarded in a competitive exams.


sir also is there any reported case saying arbitrarily awarding grace marks to one subject & not awarding to other subjects in a competitive exam(like state PSC) violates Art. 14 & Art. 16(1) of constitution.

Dear Sir,

I would like to know the procedure to make my son as co-owner of the flat with me.
Can society include his name with my name on the share certificate by giving request application?

HUF karta Liability

Hi.

I was a director in my relatives Ltd. company. The Company has stopped operations, is into loss and cant pay back bank loans. My question is -

1) Can the bank create an attachment in my HUF. Does in any way my HUF become liable to pay.

sales tax

I have a physical stock valuing rs 1500000 but as per my balance sheet its showing for rs 1000000.during an inspection sales tax officer said that excees of goods will be seized.my question is can they seize the goods?what can a sales tax officer do in this case and what are their powers?in which act or rules their powers are mentioned?

Consumer forum

Mr.A is a member of tbhe society "B". Mr.C residing on top of A's flat sold the flat to D. Mr. D made alterations and additions to his toilet cu bathroom and kitchen due to which there if profuse leekage in A' flat. Complaints made to the society and BMC, but of no use. Can Mr.A file a consumer complaint agans the society, Mr. D and BMC? Does the consumer forum have jurisdiction? Do they fall under the purview of "Service provider" and if yes, then dou have any case laws to support.

fake degree - University law & process

due to heavy Debt & financial problem one of my friend submitted Fake Degree certificate in MNC to get the job and now during Ref check he got caught by MNC. Now MNC asked him to submit his resignation becoz during ref check they got letter of University stating that "After verifying the office record, it has been observed that the statement of marks is not issued by this University and hence the same is fake.

You are therefore requested to inform the Sr. Inspector of Police of your nearby Police Station for investigation in the matter. This office may please be informd accordingly."
what would be the procedure follow by university in this case and can MNC lodged the FIR after receiving the resignation?? Pls. revert......

The queries are :

1] Can a foreigner start a business in India as a sole trader.?

2] The business he is looking is wholesale lending to organizations and mission groups. Can a foreigner start such business in India? If he wants to how ?

3] Can a foreigner open a personal bank account? If so, what's the process?

4] How an Indian can help him?.
