Can any one guide regarding LPO, what is the scope of work and how does one operate? Whether a lawyer has to be full time employee of LPO Firm or can he operate on part time or free lance basis as well!

its type of call centre, legal process outsourcing, who ever knowledge the law ,they will joint company in parttime or full time, its recently devolepted in india

The companies instead of doing their legal work with their inhouse lawyers, used to give that work to a company, That company is called LPO.
