As per Supreme Court rulings, all ACRS are to be reviewed in natural justice manner if the individual represents against downgrading the ACRs but officials have not followed the process despite repeated requests 2. The officials have also diluted the authentication of my achievements thus tampering these against me without giving me in writing. Is this comes under corruption for not following the statutory rules? Under what act? Pl help me to eradicate corrupt practices in science.

Recently I have Regetered with U.P Bar Council, the council gives me the Cert. and Icard, At the time of registration I have paid the state bar council reg. fee and All India bar council member fee also.
Now How can I apply for Icard of AIBC. Plz give me the details in breif.

dear sir,
i would like to be advised regarding the legal statutes on admissibility of mobile phone recording as evidence in conversation between an employee and his boss.
2. the boss was unaware of the recording
3. the concerned employee was the financial advisor to the boss and under warning for non-performance.
4. the employee has now levelled allegations of financial misconduct on his boss and has produced mobile phone recorded conversation to buttress his claim
5. the boss says that since the concerned employee was his financial advisor he may have wide ranging conversations which have been mis quoted and misrepresented.
6. would request all to advise me as to the legality of the case and the stand taken by the two individual.

I had ordered furniture from a shop on 3.08.2010.He has not yet delivered the products. Hence on 11.12.2010 we went to his shop and forced him to return our money. He has paid us in cheque but the cheque is post dated and he has asked us to wait for sometime till he deposits the money in the bank.I fear he does not intend to so either. He says we misbehaved with his customers in the shop which is false. What legal action can we take?

i had sought compensation for denial of information in my second appeal to cic against the sbi.
EVEN AFTER ORDER OF THE CIC I WAS GIVEN PAR TIALINCOMPLETE INFORMATION AND THAT TOO AFTER SEVEN MONTHS OF THE CIC ORDER.
AFTER 5 MONTHS OF THE CIC ORDER AND MY REPEATED REMINDERS PARTIAL INFORMATION THROUGH UNCERTIFIED COPIES WAS GIVEN TO ME.
DESPITE WRITTEN REQUEST FOR CERTIFIED COPIES THIS WAS DENIED.
IN SHORT EVEN AFTER SEVEN MONTHS OF THE CIC ORDER TO PROVIDE ME COPIES OF DOCUMENTS(CIC ORDER DOES NOT STATE CERTIFIED BUT MY REQUEST AT ALL STAGES SAYS SO) I HAVE TECHNICALLY RECD NO INFOR SINCE ALL PARTIAL DOCS ARE NOT CERTIFIED.
ON CERTAIN POINTS, AROUND SIX IN NO, HAVE NOT RECD ANY INFORMATION.
MY QUERY IS
1. HOW TO PROCEED FURTHER IN THE MATTER? I HAVE GIVEN THEM TIME TILL DEC 14 TO PROVIDE CERTFIED COPIES AND BALAANCE INFO
2. I HAD SOUGHT COMPENSATION FOR DENIAL OF INFO IN MY SECOND APPEAL BUT NOT WORKED OUT ANY COMPENSATION.
I HAD LODGED A COMPLAINT WITH THE CIC AFTER 5 MONTHS OF THE ORDER AGAINST SBI AND SOUGHT COMPENSATION.

housing soc rights
my relative has purchased a flat at navi mumbai under auction from sbi.the bank has given possesion of the said flat.my relative had given the dd of the amt due as outstanding for maintanance charges and applied for noc from the soc.for which they are refusing on the ground that they will only issue noc when the bank handover all the documents with the bank rgarding the first owner[defaulter] of the flat.does housing soc has the right to do so? what if bank refuses to?
