Sir,
I have retired from service on 15/05/2010 from SBI and since the effective date of amendment is 24th May 2010, I am not eligible for increased gratuity amount. Has any one filed case for aligning the effective date with the Central government staff? Can I also include myself as the party now? Can you please forward your response to my email address kaypeeyes@gmail.com

sir, new year wishes, i need a clarification regarding filing a case against BSNL. the facts leading to the case is, one of my friend had applied to bsnl for provisioning of a casual line for a convention organized by him and he had paid all the necessary charges and has receipts for the same. the convention is planned on 19-12-2010 to 21-10-2010 he submitted the application on 18-12-2010 itself but he bsnl has not provisioned the requested lines though he had paid the necessary fess/charges. casual line means temporary lines provided for particular period. due to this the convention committee was paralyzed with its communication facility to its participants.
please clarify whether i can file a case before the consumer addressable forum or else i have to approach the Hon'ble court by way of a writ petition.

Revenue officer has sent my client company demand notice to pay revenue assessment. In my view the assessment made by authorities is wrong, illegal and arbitrary. Now whether I should file suit for declaration that the demand notice is wrong and illegal and injunction not to act upon the notice or should I file appeal before Dy. Collector (as the notice is sent by Tahsildar)?

sir, new year wishes, i need a clarification regarding a consumer case against bsnl. THE FACTS of the case is ,my friend submitted an application to bsnl, Chennai telephones requesting to provide 3 casual lines for a national level convention organized by his organization. The convention was planned to be held on 19.12.2010 to 21.12.2010 he submitted the application on 18.12.2010 itself. casual lines means temporary telephone line provided for particular period of time as required by the applicants. tough he paid the necessary charges the BSNL has not provided the requested telephone connections. Three days of the conference was held without telephone connection hence their communication facility to the attendants was totally paralyzed. so, i want a clarification whether a compliant against BSNL before the consumer redressal forum is maintainable in the wake of SUPREME COURT JUDGMENT or else i have to approach the Hon'ble High Court by way of a writ petition. Please cvlarify.
