Do the document printed from the link like;JUDIS (Judgement Information System).WWW.Supreme Court.Govt.in,WWW.CIC.Govt.in. can be take as evidence in Court of law???
If yes!! is it is Primary or Secondary Evidence???

In a case i need some help from Experts.
In a MACT( Motor Accident case) case my client ( i am from Respondent side) hold a valid Driving license but failed to renewed it almost four months delay in renewal during that time accident occurs, now i need authority Latest one of Delhi or Punjab and Haryana or if APEX court then its will be a favour that if Insurance company not produce any evidence then Insurance company will held liable and also have no recovery right.

i m sandeep yadav advocate ggn, plz help me i have a case in that i m the counsel for the driver and owner of the Vehicle, the licence of the driver was expired before one of accident plz give me some guidelines what i do and plz send me some citations on that point that the insurance company will be liable to indemnified the petitioner.

Hi,
I have the following query in my project topic:-
Information officer has received application under RTI Act belonging to Govt. to MH, seeking information about hight, weight, health particulars & menstiual cycle of a lady clerk in the office of the public authority.
I have to prepare draft reply refusing to supply said information.
I am not getting exact information on the same. Expert pls. revert back with grounds of rejection and what kind of draft to be prepare?

Sir,
Recently I was told by my banker SBI that following CIBIL report that my past credit record is not good due to credit dues being written off, I will not be eligible for any more loans. Actually I had standard chartered credit card in 1998 and in view of exorbitant compounding of interest following representation the existing balance then was written off which was only few thousands then but now to my shock it says the overdue balance is 43 lakhs ,in the report as on today which is unimaginable.It also says the credit limit given to me then was again around 43 lakhs. I think this is an erronious report and i intend to file a suit and also to write to the bank. please let me know how can they hike the overdue balance so much which is not true though I have closed the account after paying few thousand which was the actual overdue balance then.

Sir,
One of my friend had borrowed about 16 L rs from me, in past 2 years time. Some of this amount was given for investment as he was after me that he can get me better returns(He Deals in share market),and sometime when he was in crisis. For the past 20 days he suddenly stopped taking my calls on his mobile,also i tried to contact him from different numbers but he never picks up call. ring goes and sometimes when i call from my number call gets disconnected by other party.
When i call his home,no one picks up call
there is no response to my sms, mails anything.
I asked him togive me emi (some personal loan) i took for him (for which till last year he was paying me EMI regularly)for JAn month, there is no response from his side.
What should i do, I have a doubt that he might vanished with my money and now he is doing it purposely.
I know someone who spoke to him 2 times in last two weeks but when i call he does not respond.
This money was hard earned, (my 25 yrs of saving)which was i put in FD, PPF etc and which i gave him.
Please advise me what should i do?
What happen if i go his home ,I am totally confused, feeling cheating and shattered.
Please help me

The Pvt.company is formed with the Four Directors on Bosrd. Two of them are foreign Directors having 52% in the Share Capital of the Co. and other two are indian directors having 48% in the share capital of the Co.
Question: Can the foreign Directors having 52% in the Share Capital wind up the Co. by passing a Spl.resolution without the conscent of the Indian directors
