Respected experts,
a vehicle has robbery by accused,when vehicle was on the way.
vehicle was driving by owner's servent(driver) who has no driving licence.
however owner has velid driving licence.
the accused arresed,went to jail.
vehicle was not recover due to sold to unknown person by the accused.
owner file claim of the vehicle.
insurence company refuse the claim due to no driving licence from the driver.
It is not a case of accident , it is a case of robbery can owner get claim?
Any case law?

Dear Sirs,
Could you please advise as to which law would regulate a public religious trust. From my understanding, the Charitable and Religious Acts, 1920 would be the relevant one. However, this Act appears to be be very limited in scope. Can a petition be filed under section 34 of the Indian Trusts Act, for advise relating to a public religious trust. The trust deed is registered in West Bengal and the trust property is also in West Bengal. Your valuable insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank You

I have searched for the list/type of medical practitioners who are authorised to issue medical certificate under a notification issued under section 8(3) of the Motor Vehicles Act for getting driving license. But I could not succeed. Will you please inform whether an ordinary regd.medical practitioner registered with Karnataka Medical Council is eligible to issue the medical certificate? Where can I find the relevant notification. None of the search engines is able to locate and help me.

what is the eligible age of senior citizen to get priority hearing in civil suits in India.Please let me know the specific notification/circular/legislation. Also please confirm whether the required age is 60 or 65 ? Thanks

Loan is taken payable in 30 instalments.post dated cheques are issued.16 instalments are paid.party is unable to pay remaining instalments due to loss of business and seriour deseases affecting earning capacity. on cosideration of facts, Bank writes off the balance loan and issues zero balance statement to party.Can the Bank susequently recover the unpaid loan which Bank has written off and issued zero balance statement. If so, under which law. Please cite judgment if available.

i am sundaramoorthy olaganathan from tamilnadu and pose you a query:
Can a layman without any legal qualifications argue his case, both civil and criminal cases in a court?. Is it essential that he should be an affected party in the case he is arguing?
what about the appeals?
