Sir,
I am a LIC agent and i am selling LIC policy
but i am not getting commission on the same from last one year when i asked to manager he told me that we have wrongly issued cheque in favour of you but i have not received any commission yet. Now manager aske me to pay the amount which was wrongly paid in favour of me to some one else. Then only he will release the cheque of commission. Please advice me on the above matter. Waiting for your earlist advice.

Dear Sir,
I am working as an accountant in a Co. and i was opened a mobile shop. there was working a 20 year old girl. and she make was with me after some time like as my wife with marriage including physical relation, she have already made physical relation with some one and with me also but now i want still marriage with her and he take all goods of my shop and not returning and when i am saying for marriage she saying i will sue a file of rape and will not marriage with u and will not return your goods, now a days she is with any other one.if i rape and leave her then she can file a sue against me but i want marry with her. actually this is her business to make new customer and cheat with her, this is her way of earning, please advice how can i merry with her i am very serious

My sibling and I are the partners of a small scale firm. The bank has given us the final notice to close the loan. Since I am the partner, in case of any recovery issues arising, will they acquire the property that's in my husband's name (we haven't pledged this or mentioned this for the bank transaction / business) too?

About rti act under clause8.1(D)
Sir, I have apply for photocopy of : application form and enclose supporting documents for a gas agency applicant in RTI, but the indian oil corporation answers: the copy of the application form cannot be provided to you as the information is off commercial confidence and exemption is available in the RTI act under clause 8.1(d).
Then, Can I do for getting these documents.
please suggest.
