Dis iS mohammed arif from hyderabad, i have a problem plz help me out in this matter,i avail a personal loan for a amount of rs 2,20,000/ for a 48 month's tenure from icici bank, so far i paid 12 month', i avail that loan in 2008 till 2009 i paid that, in 2009 i lost my job,from that time i am not paying the emi,i vacate the house also,i have a genuine reason firstly i lost my job and the main reason is i paid 3,50,000/ to a agent for my USA process, all the paper work was done in the last moment that guy was vanish from his place,since till now i m trying to get him.but i couldn't find him,due to that mental tension i don't have a job and i lost my money that guy was cheated me.i m confuse what to do that's y i vacate the house,n ow since last week some collection's was coming to my father in law adress,now my father in law telling that there r given warning to them that if i don't pay the money as early as possible they will get the police to his residence and he was getting nervous bcoz he already had 2 times heart attack and if this give bring police to his residence then locality people talk all wrong thing's,so plz tell me what to do, i m really thankfull to u in my life plz suggest as best as possible,and how ever i m not in the city now,due to my this problem i left the country for work here also i m not getting the pay what they told,but however i am working,but plz suggest me what to do about thye collection agent's.

Dear Sir,
I’m "Madhur Sharma” working with a NGO as a Manager. I have a Saving Bank Account in ICICI Bank (A/C# 049801000338), Ambala Cantt Branch. And also ICICI issued Credit Card number is 4477463132691003.
The card limit is Rs.30000/-, but I had paid more than 30000/- to the interest part. and 4200/- as the
late payment fee and over limit charges. I am using this card from 06-2008 and regularly paid all the
dues but from last 3 months I had faced some financial troubles and failed to paid the dues.
Last week one of the ICICI representative called me and offer me for the settlement. I told him that I want to continue the Credit Card and I am ready to ay the minimum due amount but he refused it and then I agreed for the settlement.
But same day in the evening time I tried to withdraw the cash from ATM, I came to know that ICICI Bank debited the 17,635.71 from my account. I had call the customer care and they said that they do not have any control on this issue and asked me to contact the credit card division. And I have called credit card division, they also replied that they do not have control and asked me to contact to Settlement department. But I didn't get any satisfactory answer
Can the credit card company block my bank account with out notice, can I take any legal action angaist ICICI Bank. Please look into this issue

Sirs,
One of my claint from USA, two years back, deposited an amount 50,00,000/- in a fixed deposited with SBI. She got the money by selling her property in USA.
Now she wants to take back money to her country.
what is the procedure.
Is (15CA) CA certificate enough or we have to get permission from RBI.
