My friend rented out his flat in Mumbai on Leave and License
basis from Nov. 2008 for a period of 11 months (I .e up to Oct 2009).
The agreement contained a clause for renewal of the agreement for a
further period of 11 months from Oct. 2009 with an 10% increase of
rent for the renewed period, i.e. up to September 2010.
My friend fell sick in his home town in kerala and could not attend to the job of finding a new tenant, and the tenant being well known to us, continues to occupy the house, and is paying the
rent also regularly. Now my friend is ok and wants to undergo a fresh leave and license agreement with the same tenant in March 2011.
The question is: In a stamp paper bought in Mumbai in March 2001
Can an agreement of Leave and License be made wef September 2010 upto Oct. 2011(Can one make a post dated agreement)?
It should be noted that during that period the tenant was staying in the flat
Without any L/L agreement, but was paying the rent regularly
OR
Is it better to make the agreement from March 2011 Up to Feb. 2012
(11 months)?

Can I file a case against an Advocate ?
There is a clear proof with me that my advocate has mislead me in a case , perhaps in collusion with opposite party , resulting in great loss ,besides the case getting bogged down with too many delays which I am still not getting justice .
Again in another case , the same Advocate ,
by clear negligence to follow the case ,in spite of my pointing mistakes in appeal ,failed to take corrective steps , my petition for delay condonation dismissed .
resulting in liability of about 3Lakhs on my part .
What is the remedy for me ? can I sue the advocate for settling my liabilities/?
these matters are before Madras High Court
Can any Advocate give me professional advice? and take up the case ?

I submit only bail bond for an accused person in a criminal case under section 420/120(B)/34 IPC in the investigation stage. After few days i filed a complain case under section 141 of N.I. Act, 1881 against the same accused along with other accused person. Whether its amounts to professional misconduct on my part?

Can u pls. tell me how much i have to pay in court as fees to get succession certificate.

I had taken PL and credit card from delhi on 2005 and made some installment and left abroad 2006.
They contacted in delhi & kerala many times. last month also some one contacted. So iam afraid now if police will arrest me when i reach kochi airport. I will decide to make payment soon, but how do i know that if they have filed a case against me or not and Can some one arrest me from airport..please Iam really tensed, even I can't sleep no ..please help me expert please

My wife has filed a suit against a Trust in which I am one of the Trustees. The trust has committed an act which warranted contempt of court and she filed a petition for contempt of court. Now the Trust says that since she is my wife I will be removed from the Trust as there is a provision in the Trust bye-law "a member is disqualified if (a) if he acts against the trust against its interest by filing cases which are against law (b) if he make losses to the trust or works against interest of the trust.
Please give me your expert opinion in the matter.

our client company was incorporated in the year 1985 and they want a certified copy of incorporation certificate from roc office. but the said certificate of incorporation is not avilable in the records of the roc office either physcially at their office at manesar or at electronic register on the portel. the problem is to how to get the certified copy of the said certificate from roc office.
