Employee Resignation - Notice Period Validity

Dear Sir,
I am currently employed in a company registered under Trust Act. I have resigned my job on March 1, 2011. As per my employment terms &conditions I have asked to serve a notice period of 3 months. As such I have served as on date One month and 11 days. I am supposed join my new employer on May 2, 2011. That Means I can serve only two months notice period. I am also willing to pay one month salary and apart from that I have an earned leave (prinvelege leave outstanding of 45 days) can I quote that pl outstanding and move away from the service. They are unwilling to accept and they are insisting on my notice period only orally. I am really worried about my future. My new employer is asking for a proper relieving order. Kindly advise if there remedy for such thing. My new employer is a bank.

RTIAct 2005

Thanks again Sirs
Since replied quickly.
The RTI case is : On some complaints to Rly.Vig. Dept questioned the applicant as there was no corruption ,so, they raised that some favour has been shown to relatives of Applicant, who were forced to give statement under duress & a chargesheet was issued and DE is pending. So applicant wanted information who are complainants & who were associated in vig case? Though RTIAct Section 8(1)g & j are exempted for parting infm. But Bhagatsingh case was decided by Delhi H/Court in similarly situated casefor parting information . CIC didn't listen those cited cases and passed the order not to part infmn, Query is can H/Court be requested to pass stricture agnst CIC and also part with the documents for taking agnst concocted complaints for vested interest later on since no element of corruption was involved, as their men could not come out successfulin recruitment from whom they had collected huge sum, which was refunded later on (learnt from reliable sources).Thanks.

R/Sirs
RTI query was filed in Bhopal(MP)against Vigilance Deptt, who refused to part with and on Appeal it was also rejected by the Appellate Authority, hence approached CIC. Didn't listen the cited cases and refused under Section 8(1).
Can a Writ be filed in MP High Court since Applicant resides there or Writ has to be filed in Delhi High Court only?
Please offer views with pros & cons.
Advance THANKS.

RIGHTS OF DELHI JAL SADAN MAGISTRATE

The Delhi Jal Board officials are not disconnecting an unauthorised connection in the extended portion of my dda flat. They say they they have issued a challan and DJB magistrate will order the disconnection of that unauthorised connection. I personally met the MAgistrate and he refused to accept any such application from my side stating that his duty is only fining the culprits for the challan issued. He said that it is the duty and right of DJB officials to disconnect the unauthorized connection. Even senior DJB officals say the Magistrate will decide about it. Can guide me regarding the rights of DJB Magistrate. Where can I find the rights and regulations for disconnection of DJB. In my reply to RTI DJB officials say it depends on the merit of the case.

Can we file a petition u/s 80 CPC ?

RTI is an time pass for any individual

I file 10 RTI application to the PIO o/o SHO about my 498a case

The POLICE is very reckeless being a govt ervant.

For five applications it was a deemed refusal on his part.

Other five applcations were rejected by the PIO o/o SHO with remarks no such adrressee is here.

If we go for second appeal it would take a long time.

Question:

Instead of going for First appeal and second apeal/complaint,

- can we move a petition u/s 80 of CPC, if so, what would be the jurisdiciton

(i)residents place of address of Applicant

(ii)address of Police Station
