I GOT A TWO WHEALER LOAN FROM SYNDICATE BANK. AT LAST SOME EMI'S WERE NOT PAID ON TIME AND FINALLY I PAID FULL & FINAL AMOUNT BEFORE MATURITY OF LOAN PERIOD. NOW I APPLIED IN HDFC FOR A PERSONAL LOAN BUT THEY ARE SAYING THAT MY NAME OF APPEARING IN CIBIL IN DEFAULTER'S HENCE THEY CAN'T GIVE ME LOAN. WHAT IS THE RAMEDY TO OMMIT MY NAME FROM CIBIL. NOW THE OLD LOAN A/C. IN SYNDICATE BANK HAS BEEN CLOSED BEFORE ABOUT 1 YEAR. PLS HELP.
MORE OVER IF I SEEKS FOR HOME LOAN AGAINST MORTGUAGE OF PROPERTY THEN THIS PROBLEM WILL OCCURE?

i have applied for an extract of a station diary from police station. the application was rejected by endorsing that it could not be traced out, so they can not supply it to me. now i want to preferred an appeal against this decision. i want to know the appellate authority of the above forum.

One of my reletives created a bogus sale agreement of family properties by forging signatures of other coparcners on a stamped papewhich also appears bogus.
It was "created" in 1995(sixteen years back).The other family members came to know about the existance of this agreement only recently.
In that agreement it is mentioned that he received by way of draft No... dt26/10/1995 from ... branch of SBI.Can we get the information about the issue of this dtraft, encahshment etc.by applying
to the SBI.:
1. Where should the RTI application be filed, and addressed to whom?
2. How long should we wait for the reply?
Please enlighten me on the procedure.

My late father had a .32 revolver in his name. I want to apply for transfer of the weapon in my name. Is it mandatory for me to get a No Objection from my living mother. I want to do this to avoid the weapon being transferred into my mother's name as she can then pas it on to her daughters as she has done for landed property for which I intend to litigate.

Respected madam/Sir,
I have a question regarding the repairs of the terrace work.I stay on the 3rd floor above it is the open space ie terrace two flats are there on each floor total 8 in a bldg.
My question is.
1. Who is responsible for the repairs (the owner or the co-operative society)
if Society has to do the job then is there written law.
They have said they will pay me half and half amount i have to bear,the total cost for the repairing is coming to 2lac 80 thousand.
I am a middle class person only working person in the house.
Kindly help me out with to get the work done as the whole house is leaking which has spoilt the interior.

before marriage, My wife`s name was Km.Archana as per Highschool Marksheet and now the day, in PAN no., Votor id and Rashan Card of mine is being Archana Chaturvedi.
So you are requested to advise me what the name has been changed? or not.
I have not issued advertisement in any newspaper for this change.
My wife is completing her study in Nursing and her college principal said for issued a advertisement in any newspapers for name change.
I do not understand what shall i do?
So kindly give me suggestion.

Can we file a petition u/s 80 CPC ?
RTI is an time pass for any individual
I file 10 RTI application to the PIO o/o SHO about my 498a case
The POLICE is very reckeless being a govt ervant.
For five applications it was a deemed refusal on his part.
Other five applcations were rejected by the PIO o/o SHO with remarks no such adrressee is here.
If we go for second appeal it would take a long time.
Question:
Instead of going for First appeal and second apeal/complaint,
- can we move a petition u/s 80 of CPC, if so, what would be the jurisdiciton
(i)residents place of address of Applicant
(ii)address of Police Station
