Can u plz hlep me.

Sir i was enroled in indian air force as a airmen on 12 jan 2004. The working cultre of the organisation never suit me. Since it is very diffcult to get discharge from defence services i made myself absent without leave for 156 days on year 2010.after 156 days i was apprehended by indian air force police on 22 oct 2010. They brought me back to my unit. i.e. 16 wg hasimara (W.B.). During my charge trail by my comnding officer i admitted i am awol for 156 days. and do not want to continue in service. He ordred a summary of evidence (SOE). and after that i am tried by district court martail. In front of court i pleaded my gulity by saying that i do not wish to continue in service because after 7years(approx) i felt that it is hard for me to accustomed in defence rules and regulation. After hearing the court gave the sentence as (1) to suffer regirous imprisonment of 3 months in air force custody. And (2) to be dismised from service.
After three months i got what i want i.e. Discharge from service. I was only charged with single line " overstaying of leave granted to him by 156 days till apprehended by iaf police" (not any other type of misconduct)
Its ok i have no complain aginst indin air force. But i want to know does THIS DISHONRABLE DISHARGE CREAT PROBLEM FOR ME TO JOIN ANY OTHER GOVT. JOB?
In my case the term "dismised from service"is sutible. Or it should be released from service. As i already in detention for 3 months in air force coustdy(i tiink it is enough punishment awarded to me). sir now i am selected for two govt jobs. but they mention in notification that "Any person who is dismised from any state, central and P.S.U. is not eligible for joining" (but its not clear it is applicable for all dismisl or dismisl which in on other serious misconduct) . kindly help me.thnx

Dear Sir

We are having Overdraft Account with SKP Co-operative Bank, since from 10 years. We availed 26 lakhs loan by giving Collateral Security of our 1 residential House and 1 Commercial building. Due to heavy losses in our business we could not able to pay interest regularly but it came to NPA finally. From their banker started charging compound interest basis now it came to around 50 lakhs. Now banker went to DRCS Court from past one and half years.

In our agreement it has been agreed to pay 13% Interest and 2% panel interest. But they are charging 15% in total to our principle loan plus compound interest

In our agreement no where it is mentioned about compound interest clause

Due to heavy loss we don’t have money to pay accordingly to the bankers demand.

So I request you to please guide us with winning legal points to come out of this crisis.

If possible please provide your email id and contact details so it may more easy

Re: Maintainence of Society

Sir,

We are a registered Resedential Society having two blocks with 60 Flats of two bedroms , three bedrooms , few duplexs and pent house. When the Association was formed five years back the maintainence to be paid for maintaining the common areas such as lawn, motors, electricity etc was decided at Rs. 1500/ . to be paid by all the flats irrespective of two or three bedroom.

However recently there has been a debate by one of the owners that the maintainence should be collected from all flats square feet wise . So the amount will be different for two bedrooms , three bedroom respectively.

Sir, Pls. clarify if there is any law which says it is mandatory for the society to collect the maintainence according to the square feet of each apartment? Or can be the same for all the apartments as decided in the quoram of the annual general meeting of the Society.

Thankyou.
