Dear sir

And dismised as i am absent without leave for 157 days.(no other type of misconduct) Now i am selected for nayab tahsildar and "upper nizi sachiv" in utrakhand.sir i want to know can i join these govt jobs. Will that dismisl creat any problem for me in future.
In the notification of both exam it is written that " Any person who is dismised by any state service, central service and P.S.U. is not eligible for join.
Can i falls under this category. Any remady for this. Kindly help. Thnx

If a person dismissed from service is not eligible to join irrespective of the reasons for dismissal, then you are not eligible. If it is mentioned that the dismissal should be on the ground of moral turpitude or other grave misconduct etc then the considerations would be different.

You are dismissed, so you can not join the new job mentioned by you.

YOUR QUESTION ITSELF CONTAINS THE ANSWER YOU DESIRE TO KNOW"In the notification of both exam it is written that " Any person who is dismised by any state service, central service and P.S.U. is not eligible for join."

"Can i falls under this category. "ANSWER!YOU DO FALL.

"Any remady for this. Kindly help"????JUST NOW THERE IS NONE WITH RESPECT OF YOUR PRESENT SELECTION BECAUSE OF THE BAR CREATED.
HOW EVER SUBJECT TO LAW AND PROCEDURE,YOU SHOULD CHALLENGE THE "DISMISSAL" ELSE IT IS NOW A LIFE LONG "STIGMA" FOR YOU AND SHALL KEEP YOU DEPRIVED OF EVERY FUTURE EMPLOYMENT. YOU CAN NOT CONCEAL IT AS THERE GOES INVESTIGATION POST SELECTION BEFORE APPOINTMENT IN EVERY CASE.
