i m working in Indian navy.i made an accident on 11 march 11 by a car within the naval boundary in which a baby girl age 15 yrs lost her left leg (lower portion)on the same day the case handed over to civil police by Naval authorities FIR lodged by Regulating Officer of Indian Navy.there is no case filled by her parents. i given a statement to navy in which i accepted that accidentally this accident happened by me . charges are IPC 279,337,338.sir till now i did not received any notice from court but today morning i got a phone call from Girl,s Father that his advocate told him that first hearing date already gone and second date is on 21 sep i could not attend the hearing on 21 sep. what i should do pls guide me . one more thing i have my driving license and car insurance . Girls father is also a naval person

as i already seek clarification regarding immigration detatils, nobody answered my querry.The person whose details is required is with in the coimbatore passport office jurisdiction.where can i send the application under RTI? and To whom?.Whether to the passport officer or immigration officer?.I need a person's presence at a particular date regarding whether he is in india or elsewhere?
Who is the information officer regarding my case?
can i seek any copy of his record? if yes means, what record can i seek?

What is the maximum age limit of the dependent (family member)to be appionted in LIC of India if the worker is expired in service? Sir, i belong to OBC caste. Any age relaxation in this CG appiontment.

IN THE ORDERDTD.09.08.2011 PASSED IN THE PRESENCE OF THE COUNSELS OF BOTH SIDE, THE HON'BLE HIGH COURT SET ASIDE THE ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH A DIRECTION TO BOTH SIDE TO APPEAR BEFORE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL ON 29.04.2011, ON WHICH DATE THE APPELATE TRIBUNAL SHALL FIX A DATE FOR FINAL HEARING OF THE APPEAL.IN THIS CONTEXT AND WHEN THE GURANTEER/ APPELLANT HAS NOT RECIEVED THE CERTIFIED COPY OF THE ORDER OF THE HON'BLE HIGH COURT IS IT LEGAL ON THE PART OF THE BANK ADVOCATE TO SEND A LEGAL NOTICE ON16.08.2011 TO THE GURANTEER EVEN ASSUMING THAT, THE BANK HAD INSTRUCTED HIM TO DO SO SPECIALLY WHEN THE ORDER OF THE HON'BLE HIGH COURT IS PASSED IN HIS PRESENCE. sir, i am from coimbatore.my tenant had his agreement on june 2011 for 2yrs. now he is creating troubles and dnt pay the rents for august month . he is not allowing any other person to occupy my another premises, now is is asking compensation of 5lakhs to vacate my premses.,what do i do to vacate him .
