cancellation of gift deed by an illiterate woman

Greetings
My mom is an old illiterate widow and was bedridden in 2012 due to problem in her spinal cord and after treatment she can now stand on her foot. In 2012 my uncles wife asked my mom to give small plot of land to her daughter. As she was unable to walk, in good faith she gave it by putting thumbstamp on a piece of paper. I am the only daughter and legal heir to her property but my consent was not taken at that time. Now my mom willingly wants to transfer remaining property in my name and put fence around remaining property, we came to know that they have taken much more land than what they have told to my mom.And they are using the given ( gifted) land as an access to trespass into our property.
We tried to negotiate with them but just because I am a girl child, they are giving immense pressure on my mom to transfer remaining property in their name as they have sons.
We failed to negotiate against their narrow attitude towards girls specially me.
My mom curse the day when she had given the plot to them.
Is there any way possible to get the part of the property back???
As far as I know gift deed is must for transferring property in any ones name but my mom has only done thumb impression on a piece of paper and in no other documents (i.e. gift deed). On this ground can she cancel the gift deed (if it's made) unilaterally???

Property sold to two persons

Respected experts,

I bought a flat in may,2014, i registered the sale deed and did mutation in may 2014. also having a bank loan and property is in my possession since may 2014, electricity connection is also in my name.

Now, after 3 years, i got to know somebody earlier then me, came into sale agreement with the builder in march,2013 for 3 flats in project, which also includes my flat (no registration and mutation done by them on any flat) and by triparty agreement they got loan from a bank on my flat in 2013. which builder is paying itself till now, as he is a relative of builder.moreover,1st party never came to me for any claim nor any bank. 1st party recently took possession on rest 2 flats as they were vacant.

moreover, builder is defaulter as he already defaulted in paying the loan on whole project he took loan on whole project in june 2013 (case is already pending in DRT courts)

so my concerns are
1. what should i do?
2. what previous buyer can do against me.
3. what bank of 1st party can do if builder fails to pay(they are in triparty agreement)
4. How my bank can provide loan to me as property is already mortgaged for two times(with 1st party's bank and builder's bank)
please give your valuable inputs, will be very thankful to all of you...

Trespassing

Me and my brother are business partners. Three years ago I met with an accident and was bedridden for almost a year.
Meanwhile my brother took over all the business by starting the same in his wife's name.
The property used for the business is owned by me and my brother.
Now can I demand rent for the property used or any other solution as the profit earned in last three is not shared

Need to understand the share of a daughter in a property already registered on 2001

We have ancestral property from our grandfather transferred to us. Grandfather has 4 sons and 2 daughters.

In 1981 unregistered panchayat arrangement was made for property share among 4 sons and 2 daughters done by my grandfather. Everyone has signed this document. 1 site was given each for daughter. Grandfather separately registered this site to daughters.

In 2001 registered sale deed was executed at register office from my grandfather to sons, in this document only sons name is mentioned and their is no signature from Daughters as they are okay to do so and their share of site is already given as per panchayat agreement and my grandfather passed away on 2006.

In 2010 one of the aunt has filled a case for equal share 1/6th share. Her DOb is in 1955 and married in 1975.

Please help me understand her share in property which is already registered on 2001 as per HSA 2005. What share she is entitled too. HSA 2005 section 6(6) says nothing should be reopened which is already registered or executed.

reposting as my other query was too long.
