Hello.
I am Prajnya. I have a query regarding the start date of the maintenance charges by the builder.
I got the flat registered in March 2009 in Bangalore. But the builder is charging me that I have not paid the pending maintenance dues. When I inquired, they are asking me to pay from May 2008 to March 2009.

We have property of our grandfather And he died intestate. One of grand daughter got remarried after death of her 1st husband. Can she claim on our ancestral property

Hello sir/ madam, my mother and my sister have a joint property in Gurgaon. My mother wants to name it in her name completely & my sister has no issue in that. What r the legal procedure of converting joint name in a property to single name with minimum expense. We were suggested that either my sister should give it as a gift ( of her part in property) to my mother or should should show it as sale to my mother. What is the best way , the procedure, the expense included, how much is the stamp duty to be paid , is it to be done precisely in Gurgaon court or in any court in India or is to be done in sub registrar office, will both my mother & sister presence is required or if one present & other authority letter can do the needful etc. Please advice

My leave and licence (rent) agreement has a lock in period of 6 months and a separate clause of 1 month notice to vacate from both sides. Can I give a month's notice exactly 1 month before the lock in period of 6 months ends (just at the beginning of 6th month). My landlord claims that notice period can start only after lock in period ends!!
Please suggest.

hello,
i am owner of flat in Hyderabad &let out flat i am member of flat owner society intially they had taken membership fee & other charges later on they decided to collect corpus fund which was not intimated to me later on they disconnected electric supply n demanded to pay the amount with penalty i have paid the amounts due without penalty can they demand penalty for corpus fund & disconnect electric supply to flat bhupender
