My Father-in-law has indipendant house in Kolkata and he is the sole owner of that property. After his recent death how to transfer the same property on his widows name. My Father-in-law got 2 legal heirs; one son and one daughter. Both of them are married got children also. How to legally handle the property name and property share. Also portion of this property rented out; buy without lease agreement. pls. suggest legal way to sort this out.

I have a flat at nashik. It has Wing A-F but it is an individual Apartment. We want to form a hsg. society, I would like to know what formalities are there for forming society.
Currently the maintenance is being collected in a personal account of one member. If in case, the society cannot be formed due to untoward causes, how to collect the maintenance. We cannot open A/C in the soceity"s name if it is not formed. Can u please tell me, what is the option for collecting of maintenance and on whose A/c. should it be account.

I have purchased a site in Bangalore. Before registration they demanded a undated cheque for 1,50,000/- towards club house charges. After going through the sale deed which read like this "as per para XVIII(3) of the sale deed, "the Purchaser if they so desire can become the member of such club house by making the payment of the non refundable membership fee as fixed by the VENDORS/ CONFIRMING PARTY from time to time."
As per the above clause I feel it is not compulsory to become club house member. can you please confirm the whether i am correct, so that i can inform the bank to stop payment.

If i want to purchase flat for 15lakh (in hand to seller) for flat at nalasopala. what will bethe total cost of that flat i. e stamp duty registration, documentation etc. That i will have to pay please give the detailed expenses for the same.

Hi Sir,
We have property in Gyanpur road ( Plot 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 all plots are adjacent to each other as Plot 1 = Brother 1 , Plot 2 : Brother 2, Plot 3 : My land and Plot 4 : Brother 4 ) and those are not divided on papers in between 4 brothers , however we had come to an agreement of allocating equally divided land and had wrote it down on stamp paper ( 10 Rs /50 Rs almost 1 years back ) but not registered it however after a year one of my brother’s wife have constructed a shop on agriculture land Plot number 3 and as per the previously agreed document that land belongs to me and she denied to accept those terms now.
Please suggest as due to medical condition I want to sell that part of land along with my another brother plot who is also interested to sell with me (his plot number is 4) however due to shop construed by my brother’s wife I am not able to sell combinedly i.e.., ( Plot 3+Plot 4 ).
And I am the only survival out of my all 4 brothers.
Please assist how can I solve this issue asap.

I had writ petition in high court was dismissed without notice and was ordered will this order effect when I file suit in civil court?
I had writ petition to declare the land is never acquired under land acquisition and i remain legal owner and any construction should be removed the petition was dismissed due to delay and laces will this order effect when i file civil suit

Respected Sir / Madam,
We have a Federation Office consisting of 25 individual societies in one complex. We are giving Federation office space (Hall & Rooms) to the residents of the complex for welfare activities like drawing classes, Dance Classes and any family functions of the residents by charging minimum fees to maintain the Federation Office.
This is a 30 years old society and since beginning this practice is going on. Since last two month the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd has raised the bill with COMMERCIAL RATES for the electricity bills stating that above said activities are falls under the commercial activities. But actually this federation office is meant for the welfare of the residents of the complex.
The undersigned seek your expert opinion whether the commercial rates charged by the MSEDC are correct or wrong. If it is not correct then to whom should we approach for the justice.
Please advise.
