Regarding purchase of land at gosala near simhachalam area

We came to know about the site, of 167 yards in srinivas nagar of gosala, near simhachalam through a broker, the site is west facing, 300 meters distance from brts road and comes under corporation according to words of broker, he priced it at 32,000 per yard, and he is not giving the owner number and documentation for us to verify for lrc approval. What should we do

some brokers are genuine. But we can't believe most of them. Therefore, you shall verify the title, ownership and possession of the property. take all reasonable steps to ensure that you are purchasing the property from a right person and also a right property. personally inspect the site. go to subregistrar office and obtain a copy of document, EC, from the sub registrar concerned and fair adangal copy-I-B from meeseva and show them to an able counsel to avoid legal complications.
