Dear Sir,
I am buying a property from my relative. For the sale consideration we have agreed that I will be paying 20 percent now at the time of execution of sale deed and rest in monthly instalments for 15 years. Can register the sale deed in this case and how we can mention this in the sale deed ? do I need to mention the mode of future monthly instalments (cheque numbers) or can I mention the Standing instruction in my bank and same mention in the sale deed.
Pls advise.
Regards
Sumit

Hi Sir/Madam,
i have purchased resale property in Bangalore and registered on 28th Feb'19 on My and my wife's name, we just noticed that my Wife's PAN number is wrong in sale deed, please suggest next steps on this, if we need to charge the PAN number or there is no issue while selling this property.
father and his two sons given a GPA to 3rd person in 1985, in 1996 father expired. the 3rd person executed a sale deed in 2003 is the sale deed valid
My grandfather acquired a house site and agricultural property from his father through a court decree in 1946 ( In Andhra Pradesh). He died in 1974 and his wife died in 1996. They have 3 sons and 3 daughters. They have not executed any WILL or partition deed. My mother is eldest in family and expired in 2003. The properties have not been partitioned till date, they are in my grandfather's name) .Now the want to dispose the agricultural land and house site. But now the 3 sons want 25% for each of them and they say that they will distribute the remaining 25% into six equal parts and thus give only 1/24th value to each of the 3 daughters. We are arguing that the daughters also will get equal share as sons and we are entitled to get a total of 1/6th share for each of 3 daughters as per the HSA amended act of 2005.
They are saying that as the father died in 1974, before 2005 , daughters will not get any equal share and quoting some Pholvati case
Can you please clarify our eligibility as a daughter ? Can we go to court for filing a partition suit (based on Danamma Case)? Do we have any stand? Please suggest and clarify how we( the daughters) can go ahead?
Thanks and Regards Chendrika

What if chatursima mentioned in registry is wrong
Dear Sir,
What are the consequences if chatursima mentioned in agriculture land registry is wrong means directions are wrongly mentioned then what are the consequences and measures to avoid if seller died and legal heir is not agreed for amendment.
