Dear Sir,
We are staying in a property from last 80 years which was from my grand mothers father. after death of my great grand father , they are 6 peoples name is mentioned on property card including my grand mother.
I heard that, ther are 2 options to make this on my name, but dont know which is more safe and unchallengable ?
1) Registered hakka sod patra from other 5 members or registared kharedi khat ?
What do you suggest ?

My father owned a Pagdi system shop in Mumbai and the landlord was issuing Rent Receipt on three names 1) My Father 2) Myself 3) My Brother.
My question is, my brother has transferred the said shop on his name without my signature. Can he do this without my signature, as I am one of the owners of the shop?

one of my friend purchsed 2 apartments (No A1 & A2) from X in 1995 by way of two Sale deeds. in the above sale deeds the vendor transfered undivided share of his interest to my client (UDS)about 19990 sq.fts, but in same sale deeds, they have not mentioned the apartment numbers & the floors ( only scedule A & B mentioned)
thereafter my friend applied for the loan before private bank, the bank raised the query that in sale deeds apartment numbers was not mentioned, hence they unable to process the loan
in khata certificate & extract they have mentioned the aprtment numbers
i have searched the documents in subregsitrar office regarding rectification deed if any, but there was no other deeds execpt the above. to cxlarify this ponit i have applied for latest encumbrance, it will depict the registration numbers of above sale deed.
my question
1. How the apartments numbers mentioned in Khata extract ?
2. how to convince the bank ?
please clarfy this point

Dear sir,
My land is in Maharashtra , in Raigad district.
Land is green zone . it is outside municipal corporation area . It is 1km away from nearest goathan.
Is it possible to convert green zone land in to NA for the purpose of plotting in small size of 3/4 gunthas land.
please advise

I'm leaving in a 4 by 1 apartment. We are having common area access and sharing issue. Ground floor person has made some deal with the builder and has physically constructed some structure in the backyard and is using for all his house needs. We were told that we will have a garden in the that place as per the plan. Ground floor owner has blocked the common area back yard and when we (3 house owners) as him he is threatening us and builder is also not taking any action. we are planning to take legal action. can somebody advice on the right steps. cicil case or property dispute? Thanks

I want to know that in a certain property related case filed in the Allahabad High Court,we had filed a recall application regarding an order passed against us on a day before the due date and without giving us an opportunity to be heard/or even a notice to file our submissions.As a consequence of it,when we filed the recall application for reviewal of the original order of The High Court even that was passed against us without looking into the evidences supplied by us in the form of 27 trial court judgments,all of which were in our favor.Instead,the order of the recall application asked the trial court to reconsider their decisions.Now,it is quite difficult and unfair against us to start all over again from the level of the trial court since the HC did not consider any of the evidences supplied by us before passing an order against us and simply typed the similar language in the order as was in the original order of the HC.The order of this recall application was passed on 27/8/10,can we now i.e.,in the month of April file an appeal against this order in the division bench of The High Court.Please Reply at the earliest.

Do we need to resubmit a new proposal to the Deputy registrar after a stay which is sought against bifurcation by the Jt Registrar is vacated. We are 3 bldgs out of 5 which all have seperate gates, bldg compounds, etc & had approached the deputy registrar for bifurcation. The deputy registrar put up a bifurcation proposal under section 18 & asked for objections within 2 months, our ex secretary instead of approaching him went to the Jt Registrar & got a stay againt bifurcation 17 days prior to 60 days under section 18. What we understand from our consultant that once the stay is vacated either within 17 days or immediately the bifurcation can happen.
We want to know as to whether what is possible in the current situation ? I don't think we need to submit a new proposal, kindly advise.

partition of ancestral property
My father inherited 4 acres of agricultural land from my grandfather.He is a retired goverment servant and earning a good pension apart from the income from this ancestral agricultural land. We are only two brothers but due to reasons unknown to me, my father always traets me like a step son. My father spends the income from this agricultural land on the family of my brother but does not give me anything.Now I have come to know that he is planning to sell this land. What can I do in this matter? Can I file a partition suit for this land even when my father is alive? I live in a different city separate from my father. Can I claim my share in this property during the life time of my father?
