Respected Learned Experts, In a civil case of Rent control original petition, I had made my deposition and marked my documents. Now the case is posted for cross examination by the defendant. I had some additional documents now which will be useful for my petition. Can I mark the same at the time of cross examination, if relevant question is posed to me by the Respondent? As I am appearing as Party in person, I request for your valuable guidance.
Thanks in anticipation.

My father was allotted a property by Noida Authority Before Lease Deed could be executed in his favor he died without leaving a will.
My sister is ready to relinquish her right in my favor.
Noida Authority is asking for following :
"Affidavit(s) on stamp paper of Rs.10/- duly notarized in the prescribed format by the other legal heir(s) of the deceased allottee willing to forgo their claim in favour of the legal heir claiming transfer."
My question is that whether Registration is mandatory for such relinquishment of claim in Allotment ? or Notorised Affidavit is sufficient.
Sir, We have a residential plot in Simhachalam (Visakhapatnam District. At Present land registration is banned by AP Govt as Simhachalam devasthanam claims that the lands belong to them. Some 20000 plot owners are facing the same issue in that area) which is purchased by my Father on my Mother's Name during 1980s.
At Present, My Mother in her late 70s wish to give the power of attorney to one of her sons as land registrations are not permitted by Govt. My Query is
1. Is Power of attorney is possible to be given as no registration is permitted by Govt now
2. If not, Please let us know the alternative

Around 10 years ago my mom lend our property papers to her friend and he took out a loan on our papers. Now he hasn’t been able to pay the loan back and we are scared our house will be repossessed. Can someone please give us some advice for this. We don’t know why our mother did this. The house is our father’s name and he had no clue about this.
Sir,
My three brothers jointly have got registered four house properties owned by my father (late) by giving monitory compensation to me and my Mother (the same is written in the registered document too) and getting our signatures (myself and my mother) on the registered document.
Recently one of my brothers (he has wife and two minor daughters) passed away. My queries are
1. Now, my remaining two brothers want to separate house properties in individual names. Is the signature of my deceased brother's family members (his wife, two minor daughters and my mother) required?? This question is being asked as some lawyers say that since document is registered in joint names, signature of my deceased brother's family members (his wife, two minor daughters and my mother) are not required.
2. My Mother has one plot registered in her name during my father's period. Now, she wants to get it registered in the name of the wife of my deceased brother.. What is the procedure?? Whose signatures are required for registration??
3. 2. My Mother has one more plot registered in her name during my father's period. Now, she wants to get it registered in the name of one of the two living brothers. But, since the land is under registration prohibited properties list due to disputes between Simhachalam Devasthanam and Andhra Government, and since, no body can predict when this issue gets resolved, What is the procedure as she wants an option to transfer her rights at any cost before anything happens to my Mother?? Whose signatures are required for registration??
Can I give my flat from housing society for COUMPNY employee for resident use by rent
