Hello all,
I have to do a re-conveyance of a property which was mortgaged to Governor of UP, now as per
FORM NO. 24
[SEE Chapter XI, Paragraph 224-E]
Form of Re-Conveyance for House-Building Advances
(form attached)
at the end of the form it says
Signed, sealed, and delivered by
for and on behalf of the Governor of Uttar Pradesh
My Query is:
How to know or which law can tell that, at present who is the authorized person to sign this on behalf of Governor.
Many Thanks

One x is undergoing sentence U/s 302/201/120 IPC for life term & was reffered to Open Jail due to good record. Jail authority in connievance with police authority falsely implicated Mr.X Under Section 224 IPC.As per prosecution story they escaped from the open jail on 13-08-2014 and produced by his relatives on 19-08-2014. No statement of relatives recorded by the police who produced the accused in police station after escape or examined by the prosecution. Pls guide me whether statement of relative who produced the accused is necessary or not. Be kind enough to mention some citation to this effect and also for acquittal of the accused U/s 224 IPC.

Govt. has spent huge some of money for setting up IT network for Mumbai Police and most police officer's name with their e mail ids. are on the website of police. A senior citizen has lodged several complaints but none were responded and acted upon ? What is the remedy for this situation. With due respect request serious responses only and not just time pass. It is a matter of social cause and police reform.

Respect sir / Madam
As per the above subject, my mother is born on March 1952 did she has rights in her father's property?
I'm asking this because I heard that the married woman born before 1956 has no rights on her father's property. Is true?

What are the functions and responsibilities of Commissioner of Co operatives, Pune ? He just unreachable and does not respond to e mails.
mothers ancestral property
Do children get equal share of mother ancestral property. Or she can give all the property to any of her children .
