Soceity name plates and billing query.

Our society have some members who have not registered their flats yet. Since their non-registration of flats we use to raise them bills as "OCCUPANTS" and also in society nameplates we have just mentioned the flat no. and NOT their names.

Now they are asking their names should appear on nameplates even though they have not registered their flats and have sent a letter to managing committee.

My question is, can society raise bills in their names and show their names on society name plates, even when their flats are not registered?

Please advice.

Defendant making contracdictory demands in ws

I have filed a suit against an occupant of my house property in Mumbai. This was given on gratuitous license basis to him by my mother in 1982. My mother died in July 2011 & in May 2014 I terminated his License. In reply to the notice the occupant claimed that he had purchased the property from my mother. I am paying Property Taxes, the land records & Property Tax are in my mothers name. I Filed a suit in mall causes court. In WS the defendant falsely claims that he paid Rs.2,00,000/- to my mother (No Receipt)towards sale, So he claims that he is the owner. Also in the WS he claims that if he is not granted ownership then he should be given Licensee Rights. Further he also claims that he use pay property tax to us (which is false statement) & he has also paid Non-Agricultural Tax (which is because he is staying there so he got hold of the demand notice & paid about 4-5 times from 1982 to 2014) based on these payments he is claiming tenancy rights also i.e. if his claim of ownership is not accepted. My Query is can a defendant make such contradictory demands in single suit.

Father's property

Hello,
I seek guidance in the following case/ matter:
My father has expired for the past 5 years. HE is survived by mother and 5 sons [including me].He has not put out any will but in his diary he has written that all his assets to be shared equally between all his children/ sons.
I am unemployed, a divorcee, and i have a son who stays with his mother.I am financially the weakest among all brothers. All the brothers are well settled and with two children each. At a time when they are all at their peaks they seek to divide the property as quickly as possible. The mother favors few people due to their position and profession.
AT our father's house I stay along with the mother as well as one of the brother who stays along with his family. Even having savings from the agriculture, it is my elder brother who is maintaining the expenses out of his accord at the home.
In such a scenario, is it possible for me to ask for more share, as I am single and given my weak financial position? DO I have the legal right to ask for more in the property sharing?
The property existing is around - 9 acres of rubber plantation; 1 acre of land; a 6 cent land in the heart of the city and our dad's home of 13 cents.
1.) I would like to know what is legally right for me to proceed and ask for.
CAn anyone give me a sound direction.
2.) Since my brother and me have been staying at our father's house, is it fair and legal that the brother can stake claim to the entire house, even when he has a different house of his own, just because he is taking care of the daily expenses?
I reside in my father's house because of my position and that i do not have any house of my own. Kindly guide.

Land dispute

Hello All,

We have around 3.5 acres of land in Vapi taluka in Valsad district in Gujarat. One family has tried to remove our names from VF 7/12 by filing an RTS appeal mentioning the reason that they are GANOTIYAS. and have mentioned that land belongs to them now as per the GANOT DHARO ACT 543.

We are the actual owners of this land from our ancestors.

Now we have filed a case against them by hiring one lawyer.

Will we ever get our names back to VF 7/12 & will their names will get removed from VF 7/12 ?

Please let me know your suggestion. Thank you.

Partition

Plaintiff has two brothers and two sisters. Single sister and single brother have been expired. That plaintiff has lodged the suit to enter the entry in the revenue record name of him. Plaintiff has joined as defendant sons and daughters of his deasead brother and sisters.
As per the averment of plaintiff when land was allotted to his brother plaintiff was minor and his father was alive. that time land was used to cultivate with the deceased his deceased brother and his deceased father. As the family of plaintiff was joint hindu family so as administrator of Hindu family the said land was done in the name of deceased brother of plaintiff because on that time he was minor. Deceased brother of plaintiff was major so entry entered in the name of him under the instruction of father of plaintiff.
After the receiving the said land and passing the 30 yetars father of plaintiff got death.Accoring to distribution of the family plaintiff got 50 % land admeasuring area of land bearng hectare are 2-13-97. This matter was decided by plaintiff and his deceased brother. As per the mutual under standing plaintiff taken possession of the said land and from the date of the taking possession plaintiff and his deceased brother used to cultivate the land as separately.
As helath was worst of the brother of plaintiff so plaintiff not demanded to enter any entry in revenue record because the implication was taken place practically as per the family distributation.so no any entry was made in the revenue record. Another reason was that there was the obstruction that the land was new condition so it was not possible to do any thing in the revenue record. So was postponed to make any change in the revenue record. Then after brother of plaintiff got death so no any revenue procedure taken place.
As brother of plaintiff got death, After death of brother of plaintiff, plaintiff demanded to deliver the land to his heirs as per the distribution but the market value increased so heirs of the brother of deceased does not execute the sale deed of the said participated land and also not adopt any procedure so the name can be entered in the revenue record. At present the possession of the land is with the plaintiff and plaintiff cultivates it.
There are three schedule shown in schedule.
Schedule -A Schedule – B Schedule -C
4-43-13 whole land 2-13-97 half land 2-29-16 non cultivated land of defendants
That after the death of brother of plaintiff heirs of his deceased brother got entry in the name of them. On the base of the said note heirs of deceased they got loan for agricultural purpose from the bank and the said amount use for another purpose so it was come to knowledge of plaintiff so cause of action arose for the present suit and demand relief as here under stated.
RELIEF /PRAYER
(a)To Held that plaintiff is sole owner and possessior of the land which is shown in schedule B
(b)To Held that participate the land from the land which is shown in schedule A and draw primary and final decree in the favour of plaintiff
(C)To Held that plaintiff is sole owner and possessor of the land which is shown in schedule B

pls give guidance
