I had purchased flat in supertech capetown in dec 2010, i have still not got possesion. Builder is now demanding labour welfare charges @25 per sq ft which is not mentioned in allotment letter. Should i pay it or not. Please advise
I applied to SDO for diversion of my agricultural land. One person objected stating that he has a right to purchase this land from me under a disputed and expired MOU. This was rejected by SDO and diversion approved on 27/8/14.
With a certified copy dtd 3-11-14, objector filed an appeal on 16-1-15 with application for condonation of delay u/s 5 of Limitation Act. Reason cited is that I was assuring me of not using the diversion order and hence, he did not file apeal.
I want to know whether Collector under Land Revenue Court is empowered to grant this application, and whether Collector would be considered as "Court" u/s 5 of Limitation Act. Time limit for appeal is 30 days from date of order only.

Dear Legal Experts,
I paid around Rs. 90000 for purchasing a piece of land ict, in Udankudi , Tuticorine district , Tamil nadu throubg monthly chit fund scheme. from a real estate agent. I am from Tirunelveli district, Tamilnadu. I could not register the purchasing due to some problem. Now I have urgent requirements for money. I requested the agent to return the amount I paid so far. But the agent says he will not return the money and I will have to register the purchasing of land on my name. He says the terms and condition now. Earlier when I joined the scheme. I was not told about these terms.Neither I have signed agreeing for any such terms & conditions.
My question is that is it legal to refuse to return the amount to me if I dont want to purchase the land now. Can I approach consumer court to get the amount returned to me. or Can I approach local police Station to get the money back. Can I write an application to DIG of the both the district. Will it work
Thank you verymuch
With regards,
M Kailasam

I had booked a flat in a 26 storeyed Bldg (new project) in the year 2009 giving a token amount . The agreement said the builder would handover the possession of flat by 2013 end. By the 2002 the builder said they are yet to get CC from Corporation so work is delayed. Hardly 6 floors are constructed mine is in 4th Floor .We had registered the flat in my name in 2013 and clause says by 2014 end possession will be handed over if delayed builder will be giving interest too.Now they send a letter stating the builder cannot go ahead with the project so withdraw the amount but then enquired they are saying more amount is to be paid per sq feet and also cancel old agreement and re register as per new amount. The construction have started . KIndly advice
Sir
My grand father had own house in rajajinagar Bangalore, he has made a will with an advocate.
He has 3 sons and 1daughter. When he was alive he said he had written the property in everyone's name equally after him. But now my 2nd uncle is staying thereand refusing to show us the will after both my grand parents death. Also the advocate is blaming us unnecessarily and avoiding to show the will. My query is,
1. Has the will been changed according to my uncle's favour as he has only one son that's why he is secretingthe will, my grand ma's jewels etc after her death.
2. Why is the advocate supporting my uncle and cheating my father , aunt aa and another uncle, he is accusing all of us and avoiding to show and threateningus wwhat if the property was written on my uncle's name. Can we not question the advocate why he is not showing our grandfather's will.can any legal action not be taken on the advocate for secreting the will.
Sir we are not for money its only for justice we are fighting for becoz my other uncle is very much in need of that money for a serious cause I can't explain. Please advice us what can we do about my 2nd uncle and also that advocate.

Dear Sir,
A piece of land was bought by my great grand father in 1917 and wasnt sold until his death which occured in 1930 and currently we have the certified copy of its title deed.
But in Index of Land Record Of Rights for the same property it states that some other person was found to be the Khata holder from 1926.Since we havent sold the property how do we get back the ownership of the property?
NOTE:the property is still vacant

sir, I need to know that A Male Hindu can bequeath his self acquired property to his brother while his legal heirs are in existence? Sir short fact of the case is that, it for the help of the advocate community. Sir One senior advocate was doing practice in our Bar. He purchased one Flat on his name. That Flat was situated elsewhere where his brother was living so he allow him to stay in that house. meanwhile soddenly he got hart attack so he died. after his death the said flat ownership mutated in the revenue record as his heirs. But the problem is that new fact is come out that, the brother of the deceased who was living there (flat) has made a bogus will in his favor which notarized one but looking to the signature it seems bogus. And on the basis of the said will he has given an application to mutate his name in the said property so authority has issued a notice under sec-135-D of the Gujarat land revenue code. Now the son of the deceased need our help so we want to file a complain for the creation of false documents against his uncle, witnesses and the notary advocate. So sir what are the remedies are available to son of the deceased? we are also going to file an objection against that entry. Except this is there another genuine ground by which we can take a good case against him.
