Na

(Maharashtra Bhumi Abhilekh) which is most important document required for making land NA.
We made application for Urgent measurement (time limit for urgent measurement is 2 months) and ready to pay 3 times normal fee as per government rules.
but as some part of total land is already converted to NA.So as there are total forty numbers of 07/12's of same gat no.it is shocking to me that they are asking for Rs.1000 per 07/12.
Please guide me how to deal with this and whats the real fees for measurement

Applicability of mvat for period agreement dated 2007

I had registered the property in Dec-07 at Rs. 30 lacs and received the possession in Oct-08. The developer after 7 years has raised a demand of Rs.3.50 lacs towards MVAT.

I wanted to know that whether he has any right to claim the MAVT from me. If yes, as this being the first reminder to me, can he also claim the penalty levied by the state government from me.

What action should I take to revert to the letter received from the developer.

Is gr manadetory for the mutation of a resale flat?

I've purchased a flat at Santoshpur,Kol-75, which is 8 yrs. old. I got the KMC NOC from the previous owner and as per the NOC there is no outstanding amount due. The NOC is based on the AV Rs. 14350 w.e.f 2/2008.
I want to do the mutation of the flat in my name.
As per the officer of KMC, it is mandatory to do the GR before the mutation. But I didn't see any information regarding that in the KMC website.
Please let me know the actual rule behind this.
