i need to know Tribunal members rights and their power regarding inam land ( Scheduled caste land.
SIR,
My relative, Hindu family having agricultural land inherited at Tamilnadu.Their family consists Father A,Sons B and C.They partitioned at 1998, through registered document by paying a sum to A from their family accumulation for jeevanamsam (sum for family maintenance), property between B&C and written clearly there should not be any claim in other's property.
Father A died about 9 years back leaving his widower wife A1.
Now the son B died, leaving his widower wife B1,daughter B2,son B3.For getting heir certificate from Revenue authorities, is need to include A1 or need not?.If included there is some disadvantage for B family and some advantage for C family.
Kindly answer my query urgently.Expect Revenue knowledge persons view also.
Thanks in-advance for your reply.

Dear Sir/Madam
I want to open a clothing store on a property which is registered as residential but landlord is paying commercial tax. The property is in Pune and want to understand the legality of the same. The initial investment on setting the store is too high so little worried about it. Also taking indemnity will work in this case. Please advice so that I can close the deal ASAP.

They sold all my property as soon as I was 18 yrs with my signatures on paper and now when I ask them for money, they are not ready to give any. Please guide me how to solve this. Will my case stand if I file a property case on them. In need of your help !!

Respected Lawyers and Readers,
My Grandmother has a Pagdi System shop and Pagdi System house which is located like back to back in Mumbai. As She is staying in house and I myself her Grand Child handle a her shop.
I am staying with her and taking care of her for each and everything.
Now, She wanted to make a WILL, where she wishes to give that pagdi system Shop and House to me after her.
Can I make the Registered WILL for Pagdi System property OR WILL should be in Notary Only?
As per my knowledge, Notary WILL can be challenge in the future.
If there is any other option, Please let me know.
Thank You Sooooo Much in Advance.

Dear Experts
One of the Society have 2 separate buildings in its premises. They have one plot number and maintains two accounts for these two seperate buildings. I was told that this is for efficient management of the accounts that they were doing it and many societies in Mumbai follow this practice
However, later i got to know that they have 2 separate PAN for these 2 accounts, even though the Society is registered under one name and one registration number.
Also, the profit earned by one building because of advertisement isnt allowed to be shared by other building.
Are they doing the right thing. Is this as per the law?
Looking for an advice on this.
Thanks in advance.
