Hi,
I am going to buy a house where it’s located in natham patta land. In the land document (which is registered on 1971) the property measurements is mentioned as 5.5 cents but in the the patta it’s shows as 3 cents. When we enquired VAO office they informed at the time of 1971 government have issued natham patta only for 3 cents and it cannot be changed for next 2 years and issued NOC for paathiya patta. Will there be any legal issue raise for this property in the future, please guide me.

My and brother are minors . Father has took a loan on my ancestral property and he would not repay it. So bank is trying auction that property. My father has not taken any sign from mother and children. The property belongs to my great grandfather. Now what i should in order to restore the property.

How was i supposed to live when my life was crumbling before my very eyes? My wife has bought a vacant site this year it registered in january 2023 in bangalore
Unfortunately the aadhar number of the purchaser (my wife) is entirely wrong in sale deed the same we idetified 2 days later and then we approached seller but seller refused to come to execute rectification deed
They are saying we cannot come again and again you go and get rectify

Hi,
I recently 267 Sq yards of land in June 2022 by getting home loan from one of centralised bank
I was given 18 months to submit structural plan to construct the house
Due to personal reasons couldn't start the construction and planned to sell the plot
During conversation with one of the real estate broker, I came to know that this land is double registered
Double registration happened at Me -> Seller (link1) -> Seller (link2) -> Seller (link3)
At Link3 double registration happened
What should I do now ? we purchased after third party verification done by bank in order to sanction the loan
I need advice on how to proceed in this matter

Respected Lawyers,
I want to donate all my assets (House, Saving account, Mutual Funds, PF etc) to charity in case of death.
I am unmarried, and my siblings who are married may be the legal heirs.
Is there any way to do so?
and how does it ensures that the money goes to charity after death?

Tenants stay in our 1935 bungalow since 1939 without any initial legal document but they have intermittent rent receipts
They harass and exploit us as much as possible littering corridors etc
We Owners are tired
Please guide how to correct them.we are scared of them

Dear Sir,
Before sign the loan agreement rate of interest was 8.65 % but I requested revised loan agreement letter because insurance charges was higher side and I wanted to reduce the same.
Banker came with revised letter and taken my sign very hurry on the same before read the loan agreement by me after that I received the disbursement letter with 8.75% rate of interest which is higher than previous rate.
Please assist how can solve this issue.

Regarding cancel application for 7/12 entry
I was purchased my shop in 2008 from Mr shantilal.at that time he provided me documents for loan and after passing my loan amount we made a sell deed. Now I want to add my name in 7/12. So I filled form also attached index and sell deed. Now my application was rejected on ground that in index builder give power to some one person and I am not present that power of attorney so how can I got it from land records with government.
