Dear sirs/madam
I m 30 years old. Married. I m an illegal son of a person. But my mother is not with him. And does not have any proof marriage too. After my birth myactual father mmarried legally to another. My mother also did another marriage but it failed due to my issue. Sofar 30 years i did nt contact my actual father. Now he is refusing me as his son. He told me tat only if DNA test show that im his son then next things to be discussed. But now when i m ready for that he is not responding. I m an exact xerox of my actual father in physuc and appearance.
What can i do ?Is there any option for me to get the recognition?
Do i have any rights in property of my actual father?

I an a only daughter to my father and my father has 3 sisters and one brother who had 1 daughter and 1 son. We have some ancestral land property. His sisters are not that interested in our property and want it to be divided between my father and his brother equally. His brother don't want this to happen because I am married already and he want all the property for his son. And one more thing our property is not divided even within their cousins they just have 7/12. And have all of their names added there including cousins. How do I get my fathers hissa as I am already married and I wanted this to happen asap. All my father's cousins have sons so they think that I should not get anything being a girl. Please advise
sir.
If builders role is existing or builder is not completing the entire development of the residential layout and not handovered to urban authority then the first owner can sell the house?
2 Any rule is existing in Karnataka that if builder is not handover the residential layout to urban authority individual house owner can not sell the house and enter in sale registration. Please give details.

Sir
We have jointly booked a flat in one of the Prime Developers in Ahmedabad. My wife is the primary owner and I am the secondary owner (co-applicant). I have availed a Homeloan in my name from a financial institution for this flat.
The Promoter/developer has informed me that the flat is now ready for registration and we have remitted the stamp duty etc. and the date of registration has also been fixed for the first week of Oct15. Accordingly, we have readied all the documents required for the registration of the flat. As my wife is unable to travel with me, for the registration, I have requested for the format of a Power of Attorney to be notorised in Kerala in favour of me and taken to Ahmedabad. Now the Developer informs me today that we cannot goahead with the registration with the Power of Attorney and we both need to be present for the registration. I am totally surprised at this and we have to cancel my flight ticket to ahemdabad which will involve huge loss.
Please let me know, is there any other options available to me.
Shall be grateful for your immediate response.

Hi,
I have a query regarding the share which a wife can get in husband's property after or during the course of divorce. Suppose the husband is having a house in his name and he has filed for divorce. Then can the wife claim some share of that house during the divorce case or after divorce?
Is this what has been amended in Marriage Laws (Amendment) Bill - 2010 as per below links.

Last Election in 2007 & then in 2012 only Chairman co-opted & not ready to kate election before 2017.
Can members call SGM uorself & dissolve & form new temporary or permanent MC for 5 years ?
As per new amendment what is solution ?

My husband has some property in his name . I have two sons. But there is no will. In such a case if I outlive/survive my husband what will be the distribution of his property? My husband feels it will automatically go to me only. Can my sons ask for their share in case there is no will?

Hi All,
I am Wilson I have a land which is Kumki nearly 1.5 Acre from past 25years, How I can convert it to own land. I have tried 10 years back to convert it,but not possible to convert it. Could you anyone please suggest how I can convert it.
Thanks in advance.
who owns the property
Landlord sold one property by sale agreement and recd whole amount and delivered possession then filed a suit for partiton making agreement holders as party. The suit was dismissed with finding that the property is no longer available for partition since it is sold to agreement holders herein. During the trial agreement holder statement said he had sold the entire property to prospective purchasers. During the pendency of the case all the purchasers fearing litigation demanded their amount back. Which was done so by the agreement holder.
Now someone has tried to encroach a part of property stating that the landlord has sold him the property. When an injunction suit was filed by the agreement holder in the civil court the defendant in the injunction suit argued that the agreement holder has sold the entire land and as such he does not have any hold over the property. My humble request is whether the agreement holder need to show the court the documents which are taken back. Kindly help
