Hi,
I purchased a flat in Nerul, Navi Mumbai from a builder. In 1990's the plot was allotted by Cidco to the society formed by the builder himself. I have received possession of the flat years ago and have been paying monthly maintenance and other expenses regularly but Society has not made me a member yet. No share certificate is issued to me.
Society wants me to get my name added/transferred in the list of members by CIDCO through the builder before it can make me a member.
While builder says he has nothing to do with it and my name can't be transferred as all original members have been replaced by new buyers already.
Some suggest I should get a transfer certificate from CIDCO.
While some others say I can only become Additional Member not full member (!!?)
What is the difference?
What are my choices now?
How can I become a full member?
Thanks in advance,
Hari Prasad

Main Fact: Daughter in law(B)took personal & other family ornaments owned by Mother in law(A) after assuring her to return same after wearing them in wedding of her brother in end of Feb 2013. Earlier to that A denied B for ornaments due to her quarrelsome & selfish nature. However when A denied, B assured her by giving an undertaking in writing to return same after wedding. However after wedding B didn't returned them for many days & later put them in her locker. So A filed Police complain in April 2013.
Other Facts: Relations between A & B further strained when son of A filed Divorce case against B in November 2013 on ground of Adultery. Later B filed false case against her husband & A which were closed by police as B-Summary.
Question 1: Can A approach High court vide Senior Citizen Act 2007 to seal or do not operate the locker in which her property is kept by B as when the incident took place in Feb 2013 A was not a senior citizen but presently is more than 61 years age.
Question 2: Can A request High court to decide the issue in Family court Divorce case as it is already a issue in FC as per below. ISSUE- Whether the husband is entitled to get all his family ornaments and valuable articles from the respondent? (A has been not made a party in Divorce case)

Respected experts:-
Hello to all of you:- Mine is Srikanth writing this from Tamilnadu. I have a query which is below.
My grandfather made partition of his properties for my father and his brother in the year of 1973.
We are 2 sons and 3 daughters.- My elder brother already got some of properties from my father through partition. In addition to that my father did one gift settlement to my elder brother in the year 1992-the same got registered. My father passed away in the year of 1994- also remaining properties are not partioned. My elder brother is not co-operating for any of the property.
My questions are:-
1.Can ancesteral property gifted to one legal heir?.
2.Can we cancel the gift settlement thru legal.
3.What is the process for recovery and its success rate?.
Request your valuable feedback to proceed with legal experts further.
Thanks/Regards

Hello Sirs,
My mother sold her property and now she wants to give some equal share of money to her 4 children. What is the procedure for this disbursement? Any deed like family settlement or so is required to make? If so, I need a format of this type of legal paper. Please assist me.
Secondly can she mention that amount as Gift from her to the children?
Please revert back your opinion. Thank you,
Nissa
