I am running a DC petrol pump in U.P. from 35 years. The land taken on lease and now land owner refused to renew it.Land owner tried to unauthorized controlled over my pump, records and staff and for this reason my supply stopped from 30 days. He (land owner ) blackmailing me that either I have to do partnership with him or he will shut down my petrol pump. He is a rich person and have influence over Indian Oil officials because he has already a petrol pump in same state.
Indian oil official said that "if you will not renew such land lease, you cannot run the pump and Iocl will not allow to transfer your dealership to any other land."
My question is Can Iocl terminate my dealership on aforesaid grounds and only for that particular land, or Can I transfer to my dealership in any other place like Rajasthan?
What is rights, I have against IOCL and land owner in this situation ?

Dear Sir(s),
I had purchased a property in 2009 from one of the renowned builder. I had deposited 30% of the total cost of the property to the builder. But till now no construction has begun as yet. Builder is narrating various reason of not beginning construction work vis legal issue with land, sector road not developed by HUDA, Gail gas pipe line which force them to change the layout plan. I also have not received any kind of written confirmation from builder regarding delay. I need house only. What kind of legal action I can take or what are the remedies available to me? Please advise. Many thank

Respected Sir,
As I am staying in a co-operative society which is registered in Jan,2013. From the date of registration no any activities done by the committee as per law. No any accounts get passed in AGM. Two AGM held in the last 2 years and both are adjourned and no any decision is taken till date. Share certificates is ready but not issued to members. No any election application made even the dead line of Dec,14 is over.
My question is, its possible to remove / disqualify managing committee, even nearly 60% to 70% members are ready for that. What procedure we need to adopt for the same or what action we need to take to remove such managing committee.
Request you to give your valuable suggestions.

Legal Heir from tehsildar or municipal corporation
My boss has taken a flat and he is died last month... Some amount is balance to pay for the builder. But no nominee is mentioned. Now his wife want to pay balance amount and want to register flat on her name.. Is the legal heir issued by tehsildar accepted or not
