Hello,
I need advice regarding name correction on my property documents. I owned a flat in 2010 time frame in hyderabad. But at the time the name on my PAN card was wrong, was mentioned as prasanth nair instead of prasanth. During registration, the bank loan personnel insisted me to go with the name printed on the PAN card otherwise he said that the loan will not be sanctioned and i cannot go with registration. So i don't have any other way other than going with the name printed on PAN card. So the registration happened with the name prasanth nair instead of prasanth. In these years I paid the loan amount and now I have the registration documents with me. So i wanted to correct the name now. I have still not changed/corrected the name in PAN card thinking it may be needed during name correction. So please advice me the procedure to correct the name in the flat registration documents. Please note that the builder of the Flat is not available now in hyderabad, I don't have his whereabouts, so getting him is not possible.

Can you please tell me the genuine grounds for an early and out of turn hearing of a long pending second appeal at High Court?My father is more than 85 years old and mutation of the land is also not happening because the case is pending at High Court of Patna.Situation is deadlocked.Please suggest a remedy.

Deceased Member nominate Shri kapil Bhayana minor as nominee in application of membership form and Home loan application Nomination was in his father's name. Now Kapil Bhayana name changed to Ajay Bhayana and father of member died. member does not have family. He was unmarried. Ajay Bhayana filed affidavit for changed of name and death certificate of father of member. Member was elder brother of Father of Ajay Bhayana (earlier name was Kapil Bhayana). Pl guide us. Can society transfer shares of member in the name of Ajay Bhayana on the basis of affidavit or society need succession certificate from Ajay Bhayana.

sir,
we are three brother& three sister.my elder brother is no more, my father died in 1988 & my mother is died in 2011,we have a property in the name of my father & father not left any will for any family member.it is my father's self aquiered property .I filled a partition suit in 2011 after my mother's death.
now supreme court judgment that father dead before 2005 then daughters not have right in fathers property.
now what situation of my suit

Respected Sir,
I am 40 yrs old living in rural area of Haryana by birth. Before my birth about 12 yrs back my father had purchased a land for residence purpose about 1000 sq.yard by registry. But one land about more than 500 sq yard adjoining the same land seized (possession , Kabaja) by my father. At the time of possession of that land no one has claimed of that land as ownership, later on from reliable sources we came to know that possessed land pertains to some schedule casts people which was allotted at the time of origin of village.Till now same land is under my control (possession)last more than 50 years, and construct a temporary house for cattles and boundary wall of possessed land included our own land. In between my father expired in may 2005. I have registry papers of purchased land only and no other papers of possessed land. But now the legal heirs of that possessed land are claiming as ownership.
By the above facts I want help of your expert knowledge as:
(i)How can I become the legal owner of controlled (Kabjawala, possessed)land.
(ii)Is there any provision in THE INDIAN EASEMENT ACT, LIMITATION ACT or any other Act relating to the property.
(iii) Please quote the latest provision in Law relating to my case at state level.

HOW TO ARRIVE AT MINIMUM AMOUNT OF SHARE CAPITAL REQUIRED IN CASE OF CONSTRUCTION OF NEW BUILDING?
(WE HAVE DEMOLISHED THE OLD BUILDING & CONSTRUCTED NEW BUILDING. COST OF CONSTRUCTION OF OLD BUILDING WAS ABOUT RS. 4 LACS, HOWEVER, COST OF NEW BUILDING IS ABOUT RS. 90 LACS.)

Sir my grandfathers father having agriculture land in panvel maharashtra.he was having 3 son & one daughter including my grandfather.After his death older brother of my grandfather put his name in 7 12 extract. therefore my grandfather and so my father name is not in that extract.
now there are 16 names(son & grandson of my grandfather older brother) in that extarct & they are demanding money from me to give me my share.
Is there any way that i can get my share?
how much time & money will cost me?

अज्ञान होने पे खरेदी हुई जमींन के बारे में...
सर नमस्कार,
मेरे 5 चाचा है और सब एकत्र कुटुंब में रहते है(joint fmly).. मेरे दादाजी ने जब मेरा एक चाचा 4 साल का था तब उसके नाम पे एक प्रॉपर्टी खरेदी की थी. और मेरे दादाजी के देहांत के बाद एक प्रॉपर्टी खरेदी की गई थी जो मेरे दूसरे चाचा के नाम पे है. पिछले 5 साल में मेरे 4 चाचा जी का स्वर्गवास हुवा है...
लेकिन अब समस्या यह हुई है की, जिस चाचा ( जो 4साल का होंने पे खरेदी की थी) के नाम पे दादाजी ने जमीन ली थी उस जमींन पे मेरे चाची ने अपना नाम लगाया है और वह यह जमींन पे सिर्फ उसका हक़ है यह जाता रही है.. और जो जगह मेरे दादाजी के देहांत के बाद खरेदी गई थी वह चाचा का भी देहांत हो चूका है, लेकिन उनके लड़के ने यह लिख के दिया है की यह जगह एकत्र कुटुंब (joint famili property)में खरेदी की है.
Mमेरा सवाल है के, जो प्रॉपर्टी मेरे दादाजी ने मेरे चाचा के नाम खरीदी थी (जब वह 4 साल का था) उस प्रॉपर्टी में हमारे बाकी चाचा को हिस्सा मिल सकता है क्या. दादाजी ने सिर्फ जमींन उसके नाम खरेदी की है.. किसी तरह की वसीयत भी नहीं बनाई की दादाजी के बाद यह जमीं उसी चाचा के नाम रहेंगी...
आशा है आप समज चुके होंगे के मई क्या पूछना चाहता हु...
