A share holder of undivided immmovable property as per MoU of family settlement unregistered wants to sell his share.
Note no where in the MoU it is stated a NOC or consent has to be obtained from orther share holders.
Can one sell his share under these conditions.

In 2012, I purchased a 200 sqyd plot in Chaneta, Bareilly, with a registered sale deed, but the mutation (dakhil kharich) process was never completed.
Now I'm wondering if it's still possible to get it done and if there are any lawyers/individuals or references in Bareilly who can assist me with the mutation process.

I am willing purchase one property but owner of the property lost original documents. He was saying he will file FIR and get the certified copies from sub registrar.
By using these Copies does the bank gives the hom loan ..??
Please clarify and is it safe to buy property using certified copies if Encumbrance certificate is clear ???

I belong from Schedule Caste community. My father has given POA to Mr X in 1997. Mr X (schedule caste) had sold a plot through registered sale deed in the same year by POA. In the registered sale deed they mentioned that both the party are general by caste, but that was not true because we belong to schedule caste and buyer was general by caste. Now my father and Mr X are died.
In 2023, I came to know that the buyer and POA had presented false fact in the registry about the caste. Sir i want to know can I challenge the sale deed in the court?
pls note, now the plot has been sold to another person and he built a house before 6 years ago.

We have 12 Acre Land , my Grandfather died in 1976 , then land was transferred to my dad as kabjedar and 3 sisters in itar adhikar. my dad made some changes with my name as kabjedar in 1990. later my dad and my 3 aunts also passed away. my 3 aunts always physically used land , got all revenues from land all the years, never paid us any money saying you anyways own it..my dad suddenly passed away ...now FF 2023, few of my cousins dont care about us and they are claiming 3/4 th of land...this is really hard earned only saving we have, what should I do. Sir in my co-operative society there are shops facing main road, these shop owners don't use lift or water. Can we take maintenance charges from them?? They refuse to pay any charges on the pretext of not using water or lift.
From last 20 years they are exempted from paying monthly maintenance.

Mere father ki Nov 2022 ko death hui. SRA Mumbai society ne annexure 14 under by law 32 ke tehat Nomination form bharke liye tha jisme meri mother aur ham 2 bhai ko bich me saman hissa rakha, aur 2 bahene hai unka naam usme nahi dala gaya tha.
Questions: Abhi flat mother ke naam pe kaise kar sakte hai? Kya meri 2 behne se koi documents lena hoga? Mother ke naam par flat karne ke liye kaunse document banane honge? Aur future me mother ke baad kisi 1 nominee ke naam par karna hoga to kaise kare?
