Mere Ghar ki registry mai Mera or meri soteli maa ka naam hai meri soteli maa apna hissa kisi dusre ko transfer kar sakti hai bina mujhe pta chale or agar kar sakti hai to unhe kese roke

You may file a suit for partition seeking division of the proeprty by metes and bounds and to allot your share with separate possession.
In the same suit you can file an injunction application to restrain her from alienating the property or encumbering the same in any manner till the disposal of suit.
