Sir, I am from Kurukshetra, Haryana. I have a house in my name which my father purchased from his own money.. It was not originally bought for me but due to some family problems registry was done in my name. I want to part my ways from my brother who deliberatly behaves rudely towards us and is in a Court case with his wife who also wants a share of property. The parents does not like both of us brother s andd never listen to me regarding our living seperately and myself getting married and have my own life.They are in deep impact of my sister and her lawyer husband who tells them that I have some hidden motives. Sir, from my childhood, I have repeatedly seen property related clashes and aggressive behavior in the family. I want to get rid of all of this and live peacefully. Moreover I am a govt. servant and have enough funds for my livelihood. I doesn't want to take anything from my parents. I feel like a beggar before them. Please tell me the way 1. to give Power of Attorney of the house in my name to my father. 2. To quit my share of parental property.

My question is my grandmother that is my father's mother got a land from her father , my grand mother has 3 daughters and 1 son(my father)
My grandmother died without writing any will regarding the distribution..
it is on her name even today ,so please tell me how much rights my grand mothers daughters will have right on that property Or it belongs to my father completely??

I have a house in my name purchased from my father's income. It was not purchased for me but due to some family problems registry was made in my name. Presently, no one reside in the said house. I am going to quit my home and want to give power of attorney to sale or possess this house to my father. How should I do it?

My query is that my father has bought a shop in chandini chowk on 5 lacs on pagdi in 1991. Now in the month of july my father expired. Now i want to run the shop and not accepting the rent. He is saying you cannot run the shop . Plus i want to know can i run the shop?? And also if i want to sell the shop what should i do??? Plus wo mjhe.notice dene ki dhamki de rh please help md guide me what to do???

My married brother have a flat in his name at gurgaon, Haryana purchased from the sale of a delhi flat which was in name of my mother.
Now, my bother is ready to transfer of this flat in my name for a good consideration.
The society in which this flat is situated has not received the occupancy certificate.
Please clarify on the following:
1 - what can be the best mode of transfer this flat from my borother's name to my name - gift deed or a will by my bother. Please advice about the pros and cons on both methods.
2- in gift deed, what is the cost involved on account of Stamp duty, registration of gift deed and 3) transfer charges legally chargeable by the society, being the proper ty being situated in haryana.
Any other legal advice you would like to give on property matter.

Sir,
A show cause notice has been served to my wife, who is the owner of the residential house, under The Building And Construction Workers' Welfare Cess Act, 1996 by the Labour Officer, Ernakulam.
The residential house situated in Ernakulam District, Kerala, was constructed in a span of one year and we occupied the house in the year 2010. The cost of construction would come below Rs. 10.00 lakhs.
I would like to know whether exemption is there in this case.
Kindly intimate me urgently as the case has been listed on 19th August, 2016.

After installing the CCTV cameras many members have started demanding CCTV Footage without any valid reasons. In fact to give a copy consumes lot all time and requires technical knowledge. Can managing committee charge their members for such demands? And can society pay extra charges to the person who helps extracting the footage in pen drive? Can the managing committee deny of giving the footage without proper and valid reason.

The above section says that members who do not pay maintenance, the Sociery can take the help of Registrar by paying him Rs. 1000/- fees and take action against members to collect the pending dues.
There are some flats in our Society where the owners are not given any membership. The Society has issued notice to them under the above section and are threatening these owners.
Does this section 101 apply to non-members also? How should these non-members fight?
Please help.

payment of share in property in cash
My brother has been awarded by the court 25% share in property which was in my possession.The property is small in area and 75% is mine and division will be of no use as property will be spoiled.what alternative can be found to implement court order. In case I agree to pay him price of his 25% share in cash and request court in this regard can court agree or compel me for division of property only.This is practical problem.I intend to move an applicationin this regard.In case court agrees my request I will have to pay cash at market value or collector rate of the area.Collector rate is 60%of market rate.
